Crescent Laundromat is a clean business with helpful and nice staff. The manager is attentive to customer needs. However, interactions with some staff members can be inconsistent. Some customers report being treated rudely, while others describe friendly and welcoming service. Machines are available, including large ones. Customers need to load money onto a card to use the machines, which may incur an extra fee if a card is purchased.
Prices went up $2 per load, you just lost a loyal customer… Verena is a great employee and always helping people around, she keeps that place squeaky clean!

You have to buy a card to do laundry and it cost $2.00,but the place is clean, plenty of machines and the employees are very helpful. A bit expensive but worth it for me.

The staff are always nice! A little expensive, but cheaper than the coin operated laundry in my apartment.
I also appreciate the ability to load my laundry card with bills or my debit/credit card.
