While four people were waiting in line for checkout, the front desk attendant—an elderly lady working that Friday evening—was chatting with the first customer about a bracelet (which wasn’t even a purchase from CVS) instead of scanning the items. It wasn’t until I pointed out that four people were waiting that she became visibly unhappy and chose to ignore my pickup order. Fine, the supervisor eventually stepped in.
For reference, this happened on 03/14 (Pi Day) around 8:35 PM ET. If there are any concerns regarding my complaint, anyone responsible may review the security footage for verification. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.

New App is ridiculous to use and penalize people with Alzheimer's and older people who find it difficult to use. Also the phone never answers and impossible to get a hold of pharmacist in person

Awful pharmacy. Could not find my prescription for about twenty minutes, kept me waiting while three techs looked for it. When they asked the main tech to help, he said he was too busy and couldn't be bothered. Turns out he had it the entire time and could not be bothered to spend five seconds to help ALL 4 people out. Besides that, their is always a wait, and twice refused to fill a medication for me because they assumed "insurance wouldn't cover it". I eventually had to bring it to another companies pharmacy to get it filled. It's like they honestly can't be bothered to do the bare minimum of work, I don't understand it.

I hate how I was treated here. I bought a product that was kept in a secured case, which required an employee to retrieve it for me I and they wouldn’t let me hold it myself. I had to wait in a long line at the cashier instead of using self-checkout. I get that there’s a procedure in place, but the way the cashier spoke to me when opening the case was extremely rude. I was buying something more expensive than the acne patch they kept under security—it didn’t make sense. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful and I won’t be coming back to this location

I handed your pharmacy tech a card to purchase a 12 caplet packsge of Sudafed 12 hour decongestant. He came back either a package of Sudafed Sinus and Pain. He tolf me it was the same thing in different packaging. When I got back to my hotel room I noticed:
1) It had 16 caplets instead of 12 .
2) it contained naproxen sodium in addition to the decongestant.
3) it cost me $16.79 instead of the $12.99 for the package I actually asked for.
Ignoring the fact that if I had bern a petsonnw kidney disease or an allergy to naproxen sodium, I really question the training you provide to your techs. To any consumer - don’t believe what techs at this pharmacy tell you anf double check your purchase when buying restricted items

Always telling to come back in 15 minutes, just to tell you the medication is not ready yet. Very stressful and frustrating experience. CVS should do something to be more effective and keep their employees happier.

Greatest pharmacist of all time. Nicholas continues to count pills & give thrills to the entire world. Over his tenure as a pharmacist, he has brought joy & wonder to patients across the globe - his creative eye, scientific knowledge, & blissful charm has given nothing but beautiful memories to those who have experienced the joy of Nick.
Last year Nicholas gave the most vaccines in the entire district - now giving well over thousands of vaccines, he continues to keep the world safe through the power of medicine.
Thank god for Nicholas.

I usually would not leave a bad review but this location’s pharmacy gave me a completely random person’s medication inside the paper brown bag with my name and prescription on it. This is certainly a privacy violation concern because I took home 3 bottles (supposed to be 1) of someone else’s medicine which shows their full name, address, and more. They also said they could not fill a different prescription I had and that I needed to “just get an alternative”, but they did not say why they could not fill it leaving my provider confused and me concerned about switching my medicine. When I went back to return the incorrect medicine mentioned earlier, they said they actually can refill my other prescription but I was never notified about this update. They apologized for the incidents and said they will look into the case. They refunded and gave me one of the correct medicines for free.
I appreciate that they fixed the situation, but I may switch pharmacies after this. This is a very busy location with long wait times and their drive thru pharmacy is open only sometimes and randomly.
Apart from the pharmacy, it’s a clean cvs with lots of products/services and it’s open 24/7.

Honestly, i have never had a problem with this place until tonight. After pointing out that the gift card i purchased had its code cut off, the cashier very rudely said "we can't return it" and shooed me out the door. Unprofessional isn't even the word, and at this point why bother going? Posted as 24/7 but numerous times will be closed when you go anytime after 11. Idk why this location is pushing faulty products AND absolute abysmal customer service. If I could, I'd give negative stars.
