The staff at the Linden St location in Waltham was so helpful today when I had an issue with transferring a prescription from another CVS. Sara waited on the phone for over 20 minutes to get my prescription and then had it filled within 15 minutes. She is my hero! Thank you to this friendly, helpful crew!

This rating is only for the pharmacist named Kristina or Christina who helped me to fill my kids prescription literally in 2 minutes before 5 minutes left to the closing of the pharmacy on Feb 15, 2024 in this location. This act of kindness speaks volume how she is dedicated to her job and to people who she is committed to serving. It is usually crazy busy before closing hours, despite this she filled my prescription very very quickly like in 2 minutes. I am not writing this positive rating to her only because I got a special help from her, but another woman who was in line told me that she also helped her and then I approached her for help. She was also injured at that time and she was not supposed to be at work, so she deserves a big attention from the corporate. CVS is known for its bad corporate culture, but I hope that she gets attention from the upper management. This 5 star rating doesn't reflect the whole corporatism of pharmacy chain.

Because CVS was featuring highy advertised brands of vitamins more prominently than their usual assortments, I was unable to find my vitamin product. Employee Mike approached me & offered help, if I needed it.I needed it! Mike had a little trouble finding my Calcium with Vitamin D, but he persevered.Because I rely in CVS for vitamins, I felt somewhat sidelined, since I wanted CVS the brand, and I resent being replaced for a few dollars.I would appreciate a live call from a CVS authority to discuss this.

My doctor placed an order for me at the CVS and two days later it still showed that it was in the process of being ready. Today I tried calling to see why it was still in process, and how long it would take to be filled. I didn't mind, this wasn't something I needed asap, but I was just wondering when so I could keep an eye out. I called and stayed on hold for an hour and 13 minutes until someone finally said "hello please hold there are three people ahead of you." As if I hadn't been holding already for forever. When they answered for me two minutes later, I asked when the prescription would be ready, and they said they could do it right then and there. I appreciated that, but then they told me they closed in 45 minutes so I'd have to hurry to get there. I told them I only lived 5 minutes away and asked if I should just wait until I got a text saying it was ready. They told me to just come in and wait for it. I just have three questions here. 1. How were they able to fill it so quickly, after it had been in progress for a couple of days, all of a sudden since I called? 2. Why did it take them an hour and 13 minutes just to ask me to stay on hold? 3. Why did I have to go in to wait??

This location has the most amazingly helpful and caring staff! I know a lot of people have been complaining lately about pharmacies in the area having very frazzled or rude service… While this pharmacy is certainly overwhelmed from time to time, they never stop caring about customers and being helpful. The checkout staff equally goes above and beyond anytime you have a question, and they know so many customers by name.

This CVS has the worst pharmacy! Their female pharmacist is constantly frazzled and frustrated. As a result her customer service skills are not appropriate!! It’s not the customers fault if she is overworked and overwhelmed. She needs to be more focused on taking care of customers instead of complaining about them all the time.

I thought my pharmacy was bad @ 800 Lexington street Waltham . This one was even worst . I don’t know what happened to CVS’s last couple of months but they are going to the drain . My son has served this country for 20 years in the military and his wife was denied her much needed medication in this pharmacy because pharmacist doesn’t know how to put her military insurance information in the computer and when we asked to pay out of pocket the price was $349.00. Absolutely shameful CVS . We will be contacting proper authorities and contact DOD.

they have been short a pharmacist, and had it limited pharmacy hours for close to a year now, and I literally stood in line for 20 minutes where they had to say that orders placed 5+ business days ago still aren’t filled and they aren’t able to fill them anytime soon

Mary the woman who works here is a national treasure! Customer service beyond words!!!!! She helps me every time I’m here that I had to write a review!! And one day my friend’s car got towed and she drove us to the tow place free of charge. She’s incredible, I love her!!!!
