Associates are in short supply. Rarely are they pleasant and helpful. Ordering online for delivery is risky as I have been shortchanged on but one get one free items almost every time and never sent me the item that is missing from my order. You still charge for crappy bags that rip immediately and even for items made in the USA prices have quadrupled - price gouging is despicable. You ought to be ashamed of yourself!

The only thing that I worry about when I go to any kind of store is customer service.
Staff Juliana was very presentable with her smile and approached. Was close to excellent and was very patient and did not rush me in any kind of way.
She will receive five stars on my behalf and also how she represented the organization with knowledge and also with patience and kindness. CVS is stepping up with good service.

Dec 2024 update: the counter service has seen improvements with the help of computers. We’ll see if it lasts
They give you a mix of different doses without warning, create new scripts out of thin air that confuse renewal cycles, and in general have the most apathetic attitude toward a failing pharmacy.
Shut this one down.

Had a horrible experience with a strong suspicion they were racially profiling my loved one. Thought I was crazy until I came and saw the reviews. By far the worst CVS I've ever been to.

I’m not surprised this CVS has 2 star rating. this place SUCKS, i have been denied customer service FOUR times. i hate all of the employees, most are racist and the rest are horrifically rude! i’m disturbed. CVS should be closed. or at least this one. WORST CVS EVER

6/27/2024: I stayed with this location because of the drive-thru as there are few pharmacies which have this feature. It has come at the cost of customer service.
It took 3 calls to attempt to reach someone in the pharmacy today. I ended up having to leave a message. Received a call back only to speak to a male with an irritated tone that rudely told me they no longer have Covid tests which they run through insurance.
As the 5th patient of the provider we met with today who has Covid and her next appointment also having Covid, how is it that CVS who monopolizes private insurance and Massachusetts Medicaid (they have the current contract for the state) no longer have tests that run through insurance? They have expensive tests to sell to individuals, which he pushed. While CVS may not want to be bothered with Covid anymore, it doesn’t mean it isn’t as prevalent and impactful as it ever was. It is.
He was rude, irritated and lacked any element of customer service. Given vast experience at this location, he fits in well with the rest of the staff that either manage the drive-through window or who answer the phone (if you manage to get through).
Prior review:
First, I changed to this CVS so I could use the drive-thru to avoid exposure to illness indoors, though the pharmacy closed earlier than most. Within a week, they were closing at 7 PM - when they don’t even open until 9 AM! These are the worst hours of any CVS in a many year history of CVS use in multiple states! The people operating the drive thru have been rude, and acted frustrated (at the start so it had nothing to do with me). Like many, I work full time and with traffic and the delay in processing my prescriptions, this place closed before an important antibiotic could be picked up.
Second, the pharmacy is the most disorganized, messy place I have ever seen - despite more people working in it than I have seen before! It is pure chaos!
It takes much longer for prescriptions to be processed here than any other CVS or Walgreens.
I will not only be looking for a different pharmacy - I’m going to try to go back to Walgreen’s.

This is a horrible Pharmacy twice. I’ve been given other peoples prescription inside of a bag that has my name but the bottle inside is someone else’s if I would’ve took this medication I could’ve died. My doctor said I’ve left the store manager three messages and the manager has not called me back, I speak with the pharmacist there and they are rude, ignorant and don’t care they get angry that I question them on their error.
My advice don’t have your prescriptions filled there. They have closed so many CVS that are actually good with wonderful pharmacist but they leave this pharmacy that is constantly doing errors. I can imagine how many elderly patients have taken wrong meds because of this pharmacy.

Slowest most nonchalant pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with . Your prescription is never ready and it’s always 20 more minutes. Sitting here now . Been waiting over an hour. It’s not busy at all.

I wrote a review years ago about how terrible this pharmacy is, in addition to tons of other people. How has nothing changed? How can upper management see these reviews and just do nothing. The techs are fantastic the pharmacists are all SO RUDE. Expect issues, expect them to never answer the phone, expect prescriptions that were supposed to be ready to not be, expect to leave with anxiety and a headache. I will never understand how this is acceptable.
