There was a worker who was absolutely rude and entitled yelling at her coworkers and giving attitude to the students talking down to them. She also kept asking why they were in a mood when all the students asked were about the less ice policy. Then instead one of the workers scooped some of the ice out of the container revealing that over half of the drink had been gone. Instead of refilling the container, the rude worker just gave it back and mentioned the moodiness again.

My experience at Dunkin was delightful thanks to a sweet young gentleman named David working there today. He was attentive and made my order to perfection. Would recommend, ask for David.

This is where the old folks hang out to shoot the breeze so you know it’s the place to be.

Convenient location for Bentley students although prices tend to be higher than other locations.

One of the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to and I get Dunkins regularly. They have messed up my order almost every time. Probably 4 times now I have ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and I get home and realize it is on a croissant, which I hate and will not eat. They have also ran out of cheese, ran out of eggs, ran out of hashbrowns, they are constantly out of everything. If you order On The Go and they are out of something they will not tell you when they get there they will just make your order with whatever they have. I order the same coffee every time and it never tastes the same. There is another Dunkins just 5 minutes up the road, and it is much more worth it to go there. Plus, it is cheaper at the other place since the prices aren't racked up higher to screw over college students.

Students be warned: This place takes money from your Falcon Funds, NOT from your discretionary. This is perhaps one of the tiniest Dunks ever made. There is one table to sit at, and service could be a little faster. But, this location is not a walk-in place, it is on the bottom floor of a college dorm building. The food and coffee taste the same as any other Dunks location. Which to me, is good. It is obviously very processed, but very edible. Especially considering that the food in the main cafe is not really great, this place is a little haven. But, if overused, it becomes the same old stuff. The other thing I love about this place is that it opens at 8:30 on weekends, where the main cafe open at 11. Since I am an early riser, this is where I go to get my breakfast on the weekends.

Out of all the DnD's located in the basement of a college dorm building, this one is definitely my favorite.
