Very generous and great customer service. Plus the pretzels are some of my favorites. Received some as a gift and didn’t eat them all in time and one of the packages was torn and they sent me a whole new box to make up for it! Praise God! Thank you!

I bought their “gluten free” pretzels and noticed on the back of the box that it says it’s processed in a facility that also processes wheat. Cross contamination can happen so technically they can’t label them as “gluten free”. This is false advertisement and could make a celiac or someone with a gluten allergy very sick.

I ordered the soft pretzel sticks for a Holiday celebration and could not serve them because they were moldy. They refuse to give me my money back.

Shipment took 8 days to be delivered when product is advertised as being "fresh" for 7 days. Postman refused to take to return product because of the offensive smell of shipping box and the fact that it was warm. Tried to contact company while keeping track of shipment and phone messages/e-mails and chats were never recognized or returned. Will never reorder.

I had a specific date I wanted my order to be there. At first, it wasn’t going to make it. But I got in touch with Customer Service and they were nice enough to shop it early and it will now make it for my Grandchildren’s Birthday. They are very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Eastern Standard Provisions. And the pretzels are delicious!!!

Extremely disappointed...no way or difficult to reach thus company. Fake ph as its just a recording! Why advertise it if you don't answer. Failed to send the cheese sauce after I paid rip off price for food. It's just ok.

What started out as a great experience has turned into a nightmare. My item is showing as shipping BUT the tracking number for USPS is NOT showing! When checking the USPS website using the tracking number a message pops up saying "USPS Currently Awaiting Package" then explains "A status update is not yet available for your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the given to the USPS. Check back soon." I have reached out to Eastern Standard Provisions TWICE & have not gotten a response either time. So disappointing because this is a gift for my husband that I was looking forward to giving to him. I'm going to give the package one more day to arrive & if I don't get the package I'll be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges since I have not received the item I paid for.

I sent my 98 YO Aunt a birthday box with the mustard and cheese sauce. The package arrived with the outer seal broken and this concerned my aunt and uncle enough that they disposed of it without trying anything. They didn’t understand why it was not sent with a protective sleeve. I called ESP and they would not refund or resend the package, indicating that the inner packages were still intact.Will never order again and for reference, I sent the gift because I previously sent an ESP order to them that they enjoyed without issue.
