I ordered the 'Fresher Than Ever Roses & Mixed Fruit Gift Bundle - Single Bouquet', but what I got in the end was a Thanksgiving bouquet - ON DEC 8TH. I was only told 'they are out of roses' when I came in to pick up, leaving me with little choice but to accept it. If you can’t fulfill the order, DON’T confirm it the day before.Worse even, the flowers in the bouquet have wilted. Many have mold grown all over them. In a supermarket, they would've been thrown out weeks ago.

I placed an order for a family member's birthday. I requested it to be delivered at around 3pm or later. Delivery was at 3pm on the spot ? and delivery guy (I wish I knew his name) was ?amazing ?. Everything was perfect. Thanks for making a special day for one of the most important people in my life.

Ive been trying for hours to get in touch with the Waltham edible arrangements. I just need information about my order that is suppose to be delivered to my sons school for his teachers . I understand if workers are busy BUT I have been calling since open time & NOT ONE CALL has been picked up . I stayed on hold for very long very patient but this is just very discouraging . i am not sure if i want to order again if this is the result of things . just ridiculous to me . its now 11:16 AM , its a school so i need this to be delivered at a certain time . This actually gets me stressed out . wasted over 100 dollars , tracking information said it was received by store . not anything else . by this time it should be on its way or within the hour. I ordered a day before so it isn't a same day order .* UPDATE : I've had a very nasty associate call me from the store. first she did not want to give me her name & she hung up in my face. She said my order isn't prioritized even though it is a school , she said because its mothers day she cant do anything about it . i am confused because it is still teachers week & they should still be prioritizing those orders. she said she cant guarantee that my order will make it before school hours are done . its Friday . honestly with the treatment I just received & all the stress with this order , I will definitely NOT be ordering from Waltham ever again. i read the reviews on google & I tried to see past it but the reviews are 100 percent right . this store is just not what it should be . worst customer service I received in my life. I want to cancel my order but no one is picking up still & I called back the number the rude girl called me on which is a different number than the store number provided & still no answers … I ordered because I work a lot & I needed to show my appreciation for these amazing teachers but all I got was a gray hair after all of that . you guys are the WORST . SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY OR MONEY HERE CAUSE IT DEFINETLY WONT BE APPRECIATED.UPDATE : Its 1:34pm . I called the school . No delivery . Thank you guys for ruining this for me !

Loved this florist purchase experience. I actually needed something a little more unique rather than a bouquet of flowers, and was able to purchase a crystal rose-bud and have it delivered as if it was a bouquet of flowers.

Usually love their stuff, my family sends baskets every year. This year I received one with super squishy, and dirty looking fruit. Was extremely disappointed.

Sally was the most professional, kind and thoughtful, Ed. Arr. manager I have had the pleasure of placing an order with. She assisted me with no hesitancy after I had called the Medford Ed. Arr. store and had received only excuses for "no assistance". The Medford store, assistant manager would do absolutely nothing for me, and I simply wanted to place an order. She advised me to "do it myself". Save yourself a headache, and call the Waltham store first.

Anya hosted a very informative and delicious corporate event for us today. I learned a lot about craft chocolate and now I want to learn more! Also tasted some of the most amazingly flavorful chocolate I've ever had! Very enjoyable, would highly recommend.

I placed an order to be delivered on valentines day, when i called in the morning of to confirm a delivery time at 10:52am i was told that the delivery driver for my area hasn't started yet and they were waiting for the person to come. Why weren't deliveries started earlier on a holiday? good question but not for me to answer. The lady I spoke with told me they have until 7pm to deliver the order and that's when i told her its a business that closes and the person the order is for leaves at 4pm today and asked if i should just cancel my order. She told me she cant confirm a delivery time but to call back between 2 and 3 pm to get in update and we can go from there. After 3 i called them 16 times exact and couldn't get to anyone. I picked the person up from work at 4, as i told the employee, to see that nothing was delivered. We even waited outside for 20 minutes hoping it would come and nothing came. I call again this morning and an employee said that the ordered was delivered at 445 directly to the person who it was for and that they spoke to that person directly on the phone. I let them know that's a lie because the number i put on file for them to call when they got to the business was the office phone and if she was with me heading home in the car with me how did she answer the office phone? the employee kept saying she spoke to her directly and i i kept saying that's impossible because it wasn't her cell phone on file it was an office phone and when she was with me she was empty handed. Now I'm waiting on a call from a manager to resolve this. I just don't understand why the employee tried to lie and keep the lie going when i know what number i have on file and i had the person with me at 4 empty handed.

Truly one of the worse flower/chocolate buying experiences of my life. Ordered valentines day flowers and chocolates well in advance to be delivered on Valentines day. They flat out never delivered them. No call, no updates, nothing. Started calling around noon and was on hold for 30 minutes three separate times. Ended up calling customer service and was met with the worst customer service of my life. The essentially terminated the call and said nothing can be done. Finally had to drive to store expecting them to be busy on a busy day, but there were 4 employees who appeared to have plenty of time on their hands to check up on deliveries, make phone calls, follow up, etc. DO NOT GO TO THE WALTHAM EDIBLE ARRANGMENTS

They gave me dead flowers literally . Because they didn't receive the flowers they ordered they go and replace flowers with some 7/11 mini market flowers and charge you over 120 dollars for 6 strawberries and 7/11 flowers terrible. Never again

Terrible delivery service - the gift I ordered for my daughter was left on a table, accessible by outsiders, not taken to her apartment, and the delivery person did not even call her to let her know she had a delivery. By the time I asked her if she had received something and she started looking for it, it was nowhere to be found. I emailed asking for refund and received no response. I do not recommend this service at all.
