Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Waltham is a well-appointed all-suite hotel with a restaurant and bar. The hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere, though it may be a bit dated. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is typically good. While the rooms are spacious, some guests have found them to be a bit average for the price. Overall, the hotel provides a convenient and reasonably priced stay, though it may not exceed all expectations.
Currently here, the room size is great. But the rooms is very outdated. Bed skirts are ripped and there is a buzzing that seldomly stops coming from the air vent. We can’t wait leave for the noise to stop.

Great location, close to highway with plenty of dining options. Clean modern suites, comfortable beds with a delicious breakfast featuring made to order omelettes, breakfast meats, home fries, hot/cold cereal and fresh fruit

Rooms are great - you can even conduct a business meeting in the suite living room. Service is quite good. Location is a little difficult to get to - in the heart of the Waltham tech corridor, but also deep in Rt 95 traffic.
