I came in stressed needing a car for an important business trip, as mine kicked the can just yesterday. Ross couldn't have been more helpful. He understood my situation, and was quick to get me on my way. Drop off was even easier. Will 100% come back if I ever need a car.

I had to rent a car before Christmas. I made a reservation at the Waltham MA location. When I arrived, they were extremely busy, but Ross had me in and out quickly. Ross offered me an upgrade and a few cars to choose from. He gave me a new SUV that was fully loaded. I didn't want to give it back! Between Ross, Akim, Ted and Reid, check in, check out, pick up and drop off, everything was great. I have rented at this location before and will do so again. Extremely satisfied! Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing! I've rented from Enterprise in the past and had good experiences, but the team in Waltham went above and beyond. Ross, Akim, Ted, and Reid were so helpful and courteous. I needed a car quickly before a long holiday weekend, and they came through for me. They even offered to meet me at the auto repair shop. Great team and experience!

We had a great experience! They were kind, helpful and patient. We ended up getting snow so we were an hour late in returning the car and they gave us a grace period.Afterwards, we asked for a ride to our hotel nearby and the truck broke down. They had another employee come and grab us to take us to the hotel. Super kind and helpful about the whole situation from the start, appreciate it Ted & Reed!

The staff at Enterprise in Waltham was very helpful and the Chrysler mini van was a big hit with everyone we transported in it. We were surprised at the comfort and versatility of the vehicle and would strongly recommend to others looking to transport four to seven people plus luggage. Even with just a few passengers it was a very comfortable ride.
