I met with Curt, Sr. for the first time yesterday to discuss a massive failure by my current insurance agent.
He did a fantastic job, alleviated my concerns and helped me get through a very scary situation.
He took the time to help me through all this even though I'm not a client of his. But that will change soon when I transfer my insurance to Everett & Sons.

Everett has been my insurance agent for decades. I worked in Waltham when I started using them, and just never left. And the biggest reason is that I have an insurance agent, not some faceless company. When I call, someone I know and I've talked to many times will answer my call. If I need to change something for a change of car or home, I just call and they take care of me.I'm in the process of adding a new vehicle, and I just called and talked to Curt Jr., who I have talked with many times over the years. After handling that, he took the time to answer a question about an unrelated title issue.They provide the type of services that companies used to give. Friendly service from real people. That's why I've used them for so long.

If you live in Boston or the Metro Boston area or in the state of Massachusetts, and are looking for a personable and professional Insurance agent, you can't go wrong with Everett & Sons, located in Waltham, MA. They are a family-owned agency and the staff is very personable, friendly and accommodating. If they can't answer your inquiries right away, they will get back to you in a timely manner. I've always had wonderful, prompt, and friendly service. Curt Jr. has alerted me when thinks looked wonky with my escrow account and followed it up to fix it without me having to do anything. If I need a digital copy or an answer to a question, I get a response incredibly fast. Absolutely great folks.

I've been ensured with them for a while and they've taken care of any issues I've had quickly and professionally. When I do have to reach out to them they are always professional and pleasant on the phone. I'm happy with them and would gladly recommend them to others.
