I have been using this location for 3 years now ,and the experience has always been excellent. the staff provides excellent service - friendly , professional, and always ready to help , especially the manager -Paul . I feel confident keeping my belongings here and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage

Booked easily online and the unit was clean with a lock inside when I arrived. The two instances when I interacted with employees both were kind and helpful quickly answering my questions. I would use this storage facility again if needed.

I'm new to storage unit life, and ESS on Willow St. has been a very easy, pleasant intro. There are real people !! to answer questions, step you through reserving, and general administrative help -- they're friendly, informed, and chill. Loading and moving stuff is straightforward, with plenty of parking and carts. Big thumbs up.

I heard the manager here is amazing and super nice - however when I signed up for my unit he was away & I showed up and no one was at the location so I called and someone from another location came and met me - I was given wrong information I was told I would be locked into a price ( I found out from another ez space storage that would of been true if I was offered to pay up front which I gladly would of done ) not only was I mislead by the time I finally got everything moved in and paid the money to get trucks etc shortly after my rent nearly doubled ! Then it went up again just a couple months later I called customer service as I only got the unit here as it was affordable to me now I have paid over double what I expected to pay in a year & am sort of trapped I have tried to reach out to customer service as I can’t email the manager directly as I don’t have his ( believe it’s a him ) as I said I heard amazing things about him. Also frustrating as the rates for same unit I have in this and other locations are still a lot closer to what I signed up for - I was meant to pay around $116 a month and it got to almost $300 I did get them to go down a tad but it is still over $250 a month . Again a lot of this may be due to the fact someone from another location came to meet me I signed up online and then signed with her and it was sort of rushed .
