Worst customer service. Brought in 3 large boxes on a dolly. Went to the counter and the store manager wanted me to do the self checkout. Lifting the package to the fixed barcode scanner wasn't easy. At the end the the printer was broken and I had to go back to the counter. The manager definitely had a chip on his shoulder, a bad attitude and tone. Annoyed, he scanned the packages and gave me the receipt. Sad to see how the manager has zero service skills.

Horrible Service. Waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. When they did they started asking why I was there and telling me everything I needed to pick up my package while actively walking away from the counter and someone else stepping in and asking the same thing again. They do not care about customer service. They are always upset and treat customers horribly.

They do accept credit cards, but they ONLY accept CASH when Qaosim is around. Thanks Q! You're the man! I'll send more cash customers your way!

Staff just toss my package. They claim the machine that prints the recipied crashed so can't give me a receipt. Don't use it for dropoff. Always ask for recepit.

Thanks and kudos to the staff this afternoon. I'm sorry I didn't ask the name of the gentleman who was handling print jobs this afternoon, as the customer service was excellent and greatly appreciated. I picked up another job for a friend earlier this week, and it was expertly done, as well. Thank you!

You cannot walk in here and ask for copies. At least not on a Saturday. I needed 15 copies on cardstock, which probably takes 5 minutes to do, but the man working said that was impossible. I walked to Staples near BurgerKing and got what I needed there (in 5 minutes). I won't return! And if you look on Yelp and Google, they have MANY 1 star reviews.

I literally just had the worst customer service at this location. I asked for 11 padded envelopes so I could FedEx 11 books. The employee refused to give me 11. She stated she could only give me 5 and proceeded to give me 5 out of a brand new box they had of them. I asked where I could get them since I had to FedEx the books today. She told me to get them from the website even though I was in the store to send them today. Usually, I give people some slack, considering the world we live in now, but she was down right rude. Why should I or anyone give their business to them? You shouldn't. If you treat customers that way you shouldn't be in customer service.

I don’t really know about FedEx but my shipping package should be delivery but they not delivery they just want me to pick up I’m home all day but no delivery to my address so I should come pick up my package with out notifications paper .

I went in tonight to drop off a package with a label and there were people in front of me so I figured I'll wait. It took the longest time to cut the line down because there was only one person working. I was waiting in line and this guy cut in front of me. I figured that he noticed me there and would say excuse me are you in line? But no that was not the case. So I let him go in front of me. So I held my package and continued to wait and then a worker that had just punched out came up to me and told me that I could just leave it on the counter and the person working would scan it when she had the time. But I decided to stay and get a receipt. Once I got up to counter I was asked what's in the box and it kind of caught me off guard because I never got asked that question. Now I get why for safety reasons. But it was documents for work and a few folders. The moral of the story is it shouldn't take almost half an hour to drop something off and get a receipt for it. I was a regular customer here but I think I will stop going there.

This branch has a good customer service. Went there on a Friday night, lots of people came in after me but still the staff took time to nicely assist each one if us. Although the self-service printer did not work for me, Marygail and Sorsha were very helpful!
