I saw their driver driving very recklessly on the road. He was tailgating my car and then tried to overtake other vehicles in a very dangerous way. I also noticed that other reviews mention their drivers’ reckless driving. It’s hard to imagine how a transportation company with such a terrible reputation can operate safely

I watched one of their drivers almost take three cars out on Cocassett Street in Foxboro. I called the company to let them know As these people drive children and vulnerable people that a lot of times cannot speak up for themselves. I thought the owner should know what type of driver he has. Much to my surprise, instead of apologizing and saying, he was gonna take care of it, he berated me for not getting the license plate Or any numbers on the vehicle! I told him the car was passing me. I didn’t have time to see the license plate. It was going so fast. The “gentleman” Then proceeded to continue mocking me for not getting the license plate, was very rude and then before I could tell him, I had it all on dash cam (just hadn’t reviewed it yet because it literally just happened) he hung up on me! I would stronglysuggest not putting your loved ones in any vehicle with this company as you can see by their other reviews they suck!

One of your drivers (plate # B1489) on 138 in Easton after almost getting side swipped by him to cut me off into a merge, then flipped me off. If you're going to drive like an absolute ignorant moron don't do it in a company car. And now after I read more reviews it seems like this is very common and apparently nothings being done about it. Stay away from this company to keep the drivers off the road!!!

This driver was in Randolph on Canton st. He was swerving over the yellow line speeding up and slowing down. Also tailing a car in front as the car in front of him was turning left. They then made a right turn on a side almost on 2 wheels. I hope there were no clients in the van.

This gentleman decided to give me the finger while I had my kids in the car because I beeped my horn. I hope you take this act very seriously and reprimand this driver.

One of your driver ignored my bus lights. I drive for special needs bus company and my clients crosses the road. She did finally stopped after I opened the door and she wasn't able to get by. Then proceeds to make a hand gesture as she passes by
Based on personal experience and 2 ? star I would recommend not using this company

Horrible driver, I wouldn't recommend if they drive like this person did. they went around me and cut me off from a right turn only lane and almost hit me.

Continuously illegally parks around the area and continually has their van honking and beeping outside in a residential area in early hours of the morning. Tried contacting them about this and they lied saying it wasn't them and then hung up.

This First Call Driver decided to slam the brakes and stop in the middle of the road. No stop sign, no red light, no pedestrians, nothing. I can only assume they were trying to cause an accident. Based on the other reviews, First Call is a testament to why drivers need to be re-tested every couple years.

Each day I have my morning coffee and await the First Call van to drive up my residential street at about 60 mph to make a pickup three doors up the block. Just love the rev of the engine and the screech of the brakes, goes well with my French roast.Such awful behavior. Drive safe, please.
