Attempted to fill my car. As the tank filled, the pump did not stop dispensing gasoline. Gasoline ran down the side of my car and onto the pavement. Do not use pump-8.

Pump 6 doesn't give receipts. Annoying to go inside for a receipt when you're paying at the pump.

Ever since the change of management - the station has gone downhill.They have capped the max purchase at $75 - not many trucks can fill up for that. They close the lottery whenever they feel like it. The other night at 9pm, there was an argument because the clerk said the lottery was closed - because he felt like closing it.The lack of community caring shows with all their trash and rats are not blowing and ravaging the neighborhood.Find some place else to patronage

Went at 1045pm having just made it with an empty tank. All pumps were shut off, two men at the register refused to open a pump even though I was stuck. Wouldn't even look at me/talk to me, just shoo'd me away. Horrible service - don't shut your pumps off before closing, people rely on the listed hours to know where to go in an emergency.

This family owned business is sadly not going to be run by George, Kenny or Dawn anymore. They sold the business to a corporation. I loved going in to chat and get a few things, but I'm not going to be going there anymore. Sad Day for Waltham!!!

I love the people that work here- I see them every day and it's always a positive experience. However, since the COVID pandemic, I learned that the owner refused to give them proper PPE- forcing the workers to purchase their own protective gear. Then a sign was posted - no mask, no service. Over the past few weeks some of the staff are not wearing masks..... the sign for no masks no service was taken down.... to the owner- the virus is NOT gone yet. This is not the time to relax rules and I cannot stress this enough- it is extremely disrespectful to the waltham community and to those passing through that you are allowing your staff to not wear masks- if one of your staff members gets someone sick and they get violently sick or worse, just know that blood is on YOUR hands. Also do you really want your hard working staff to get sick from someone else? Get it together and respect your customers and your staff. I would ask you personally, but you're never around. To everyone who visits this gas station- protect yourselves because this gas station won't

Prices aren't terrible and the people working the counter are always nice, even though there isn't a HUGE selection of certain snacks. Prices aren't bad!

Great customer service, but that kid Bryan was lazy and rude. Everytime I go in there when he is there he's either talking on his phone or just really rude.
