Poor quality plates scratch very easily. Poor customer service and no skills to manipulate media. Was charged for the wrong design twice.

Javier really came through for me and helped me in a pinch. I had ordered custom pens with my contact information online, and found out at the last minute they wouldn’t arrive in time for my event. ID Graphics is the only local business I could find that does the laser in store versus sending out to a 3rd party.When I came into the store, I was in a complete panic. Javier let me know that he couldn’t make any promises because he was already swamped with other jobs and the turnaround time I needed was two days. I decided to take the risk, just hoping for the best and I am so happy I did. I will never forget this small business coming through for me and getting it done. The pens came out perfect - exactly what I had hoped for. I will definitely be using them in the future and letting my friends and family know about them.
