This place is unprofessional and disrespectful! I would give them zero stars! My appointment was set for 8:15AM. Technicians did not show up for work until 8:30 AM with their coffee while the waiting room was overflowing with people like me who need to get to work. Technicians started calling people back at 8:45 AM. When it was finally my turn they were extremely disrespectful so I scheduled my blood work for a different lab and suggest you do the same.

If I could give this a -5 stars I would It is the worst company the worst website I tried to sign in And it kept going back to sign in and then it led me to get labs which is a company affiliated with LabCorp apparently that comes to your house and takes blood That's not what I wanted I simply wanted an appointment at LabCorp I tried this all day wasted a half a day of my life I'll never get back You cannot call them You can only message them through their website So far no response has been given to me by LabCorp It's a company that needs a complete overhaul and so does their website And so does their log on!

Went today for an h. pylori breath test i’ve had booked, took off work and spent money on ubers to get to waltham, i arrive and they tell me they don’t have any of these tests. I really wish they would have called me when they saw that appointment in their books instead of this waste of time and money.

They’re the best @blood work I’ve had. Quick & Painless. I walked in @7:30, was out by 7:40.
I have no idea why they’re rated so low, but this is my second time coming here and I loved both times. Specially with the butterfly for bloodwork.

Extremely unwelcoming, unsanitary, and inconsiderate.
When the lady I worked with returned from her break she yelled something to her coworkers, startling my baby who was sleeping. She didn’t acknowledge that my baby was asleep and continued talking loudly. She also blew her snots all into a same tissue and didn’t wash her hands before touching me. When she inserted the needle into my arm, she did so without any warning, unlike the usual “a little pinch here.” As I was leaving, pushing my daughter in her stroller, she walked ahead of me and didn’t offer to hold the door .. I’m flabbergasted !

Told the nurses I’m terrified of getting my blood drawn and they immediately made sure I was comfortable and distracted. Quick and professional!

Won’t recommend. Labcorp takes forever to give you back results. When I go to other labs, they get back results for the same test in 15-20 min for which Labcorp takes 2-3 days

As an organ donor, I have spent some serious quality time over the last year at various LabCorps in Colorado, North Carolina, and now Massachusetts and I can confidently say this is by far the worst experience I've had at a LabCorps. There were some logistical issues with shipping my specimens out, and while I respect the policies in place, the lack of willingness to help was truly stunning. There was no effort to problem solve and try to work around the barriers
After some rather disrespectful discussion about moving forward, I was allowed to proceed with the blood work. The most shocking part of this visit was the decorum of the women in the collection room. In an attempt to acknowledge that they were working out of the ordinary for me I thanked my lab tech, to which she replied, “this is not out of the goodness of my heart” which is never something anyone in a vulnerable position should have to hear from a medical professional. Additionally, another lab tech in the room spoke so sarcastically to another patient who was asking simple questions about the process of giving blood and getting results and the tech’s response was so belittling.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location after the utter disrespect and lack of empathy in the room.

Absolutely stunned by how disrespectful and unhelpful the techs were for my friend's appointment. She is having work done to donate a kidney and they argued with us about mailing the package despite having approval from the donation sponsor AND their manager. They interrupted us when asking clarifying questions, refused to answer, and at one point tried to refuse the lab work despite their manager's approval. If you're looking to have lab work done I strongly recommended going somewhere else. Rude, disrespectful, self important employees.

Horrible customer service, I had my request on my phone and sent 2x to them via email, allegedly they didn’t receive but the person didn’t even bother to look at my phone to check and wanted me to fax it over, or wait until God knows when. I waited for more than an hour and couldn’t get it done ?

The phlebotomists are so unprofessional and rude. Worse experience I have had thus far at any Labcorp. Soon as I walked it, I was challenged with the direction of check in because the sign was pointing to a wall and I asked where can I check in because I assumed it would be with the receptionist and one of the phlebotomist that was chatting with the receptionist welcomed me with attitude. I checked in on the kiosk and they said that they do not do the service I was looking to do when I went through a system online that had that location listed. That could have been my fault but, if a location does not provide the service that I was looking for why is it being listed? I am not upset about this misunderstanding but I am angered by how poor customer service skill the phlebotomist had. Very disappointed.

As a practice manager it is highly disappointing and disrespectful to disregard appointments that responsible go out of their way to make.Appointments are made so as to work around a workday or lunch hour and they just take in all walk ins before appointments. As much as I like the lab results from Labcorp I will take my business back to Quest where I can be in and out.....and WITH friendly reception.
