Lou’s is great! I was referred here by my regular mechanic for exhaust work on my Subaru Outback- they got me in for an appointment promptly, completed the service efficiently, customer service was excellent. They even let me pick up and drop off after hours, at my leisure, which was very helpful given my work schedule. I recommend Lou’s for your exhaust work needs!

Lou's is a place where people treat you like people. The guys there were patient, understanding and professional. This isn't my first visit and it is certainly not my last.
I brought a cat-back exhaust system to them thinking it was a simple bolt on job. Of course with my luck, it wasn't. I bought a slightly different part. These guys worked with me and worked with the pipes I brought them and got the exhaust on my car the same day. I would recommend them for your needs.

Extremely courteous and professional shop. They put my car on a lift and called me over to discuss exactly what needed to be done. Then proceeded to do the job perfectly, while making sure I was comfortable the whole way.

This shop is the definition of customer service. Pat lifted my car, showed and explained what would be done and ensured I understood. Unlike other shops where they just want you to get out of their space so they can take your money. 100% recommend. Emery (probably spelled it wrong) is also awesome and takes care of the customers. Good stuff Lou's!!!

They are the BEST! VERY HONEST, SUPERB, HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF & VERY FAIR PRICING. I had a situation where my car was stalling and had no idea why. I figured I would have to wait for an appt then to get it fixed ...It could have been the engine, transmission or some other major job ...I had no idea...but Brian found it to be built up dirt in some component ; low oil which he cleaned out and filled the oil and I did not have to wait. I got an appt right away...brought it in and after a few hours or going thru the car troubleshooting was told it was all done & ready! HIGHLY recommend you check these great guys out. Guarantee you won't be sorry!

One cold day as I was driving my junker down I495, the exhaust pipe cracked right in half. Needless to say, I wasn't feeling great when I called, but the mechanics had a great sense of humor that had me laughing anyway. They were able to fix it that evening and even showed me some other problems my car had that I didn't know about, free of charge :)
