“I had to get a new suit the week of my sister’s wedding. It was pretty last minute for a variety of reasons, but they were great. This was the most efficient suit buying experience I’ve had. The suit was picked out in no more than a few minutes. Tailor in house for alterations, which were mostly just finishing the pants since it fit well off the rack. They were able to finish alterations on my timeline which was greatly appreciated.
The quality of the suits were noticeably better than what I’ve purchased in the past from department stores. I purchased a 100% wool suit for mid $400s including minor alterations to the pants. I’m no expert, but the construction seems to be better (possibly half canvas compared to fused).
I’d definitely go back to purchase a suit there again.”

“My husband and I visited Eastern Clothing today. We had seen their advertisements on channel 5 on tv and were intrigued. We went in looking for a dress pair of pants for my husband for my son’s upcoming wedding. He was looking for a specific type and fit. My husband is a tough fit and quite fussy about his clothing. Not only were we able to get the exact pants we were looking for, we also walked out with an absolutely gorgeous blazer to go with the pants. All for a very reasonable price and amazing service from John. We cannot recommend Eastern Clothing enough!! Well worth a visit!!”

“My last two visits to this specific location were unexpectedly excellent. Both visits, I had some items to return. The first visit, a gentleman helped me navigate the return, and updated my account, on the fly. He was busy helping other associates, but seamlessly, and with a surprising level of upbeat-ness, soldiered on! My second visit, I had returns for both myself and my wife, who was not with me. I was concerned that this would make the process a nightmare. But the woman who helped me, was professional, and knew exactly how to sort out my transaction. She was handing me the receipt and running down what she did with my transactions before I could compute what just happened. She realized I was confused, and broke down the two returns from two different accounts, so I understood how she completed my transactions. I don't know what is going on at this location, but the professionalism and overall quality of customer-first customer service was excellent!”

“Just wanted to say thank you to Mick for the super hospitality. I came into the store looking for white casual dressy shoes and I felt like I was taken on a curated journey of my request. I just liked her passion and she took her time. Also, her colleague over heard the conversation from the opposite side and at the right time mentioned and held up a pair of shoes that were perfect looking. I thought it was really great teamwork. It was an all around nice experience and thank you Mick for making me feel cared for. I didn't have my orthotics with me and couldn't buy any of the shoes and Mick was super supportive as to not pressure me into buying a shoe and then returning it if it didn't work out. “Beautiful collection! I needed a particular kind of dress at a very short notice and they had so many options to choose from. I almost settled for something I ordered online, but I am so glad I checked out their store last minute. Vyajayanti is very welcoming and sweet. She and Prakriti helped me pick what I was looking for. Prakriti has amazing expertise. The dress I picked was quite big. Prakriti tailored my dress perfectly and she gave it in 3 days. She also helped me style the dupatta in different ways I wanted without me having to explain anything. I regret not knowing about this store before. This is going to be my go to store any time I need to shop ethnic/ traditional wear. Thank you Vyajayanti and Prakriti for saving my day! 🩷”

“I had the best experience that I’ve ever had with a clothing store right when I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help, and it was my first time there. they were really nice explaining the design of the shirts and specifically helping me find the right size for me, Mery in particular helped me so much finding the perfect outfit for my trip, I’m definitely coming back again and would recommend to anybody.”
“I was doing a somewhat complicated return at this store— Exchanging a few clothing articles gifted by my family over Christmas without a gift receipt.
I was promptly greeted at the register by Sophia and Bridget, both managers, who initiated the return process. Next, I met with Molly, the store director, who walked me through the process of tracing back the actual purchase history. Finally, I met with Rose— a sales associate who helped me pick out what I would actually wear in the long run.
I typically do not interact with the sales team in retail stores. I prefer to come in with an idea of what I want, get that, and get out. That said, Rose was extremely helpful in this last step of my visit, mentioning that she had sons of her own and guiding me through the process of picking out clothes that I will actually wear!
Finally, a quick shout-out to Maryann (whom I did not interact with directly, but observed from a distance) for performing the front-door screening for people headed into the store.
The team worked together efficiently— like a well-oiled machine— tracing back thru the steps of the return successfully and making it to the finish line. Very professional and I will be shopping here again!”
