I bought a new phone from a different store. I had problems with group text messages. After several visits with this store and multiple conversations with Metro and technicians nobody could resolve the problem. So I went to Moody Street where Christina solved all the problems nobody else could. After 18 years with Metro I was ready to leave till I found her. I can now communicate with my family during the holidays
