Worst customer service I seen. I came to get a phone via a new Metro promotion that is only in-store. The store claimed this is not a valid promotion for in-store, and instead want to charge me an arbitrary high price, which I refused. If you value your time, go to other Metro PCS locations, not this one.

Awful customer service. Purchased screen protector. They didn’t put it on correctly. I came back 10 min later asked them to readjust they said no and that I would have to purchase another. I refused. I Told her I wasn’t able to use this one and to take it off. She purposely broke it so now I would have to file a claim with screen protector she states. I left and called the company. The company is not fixing this and that I need to return yo store. I called back the store. She states she is calling he higher up. This was almost 8 hours ago. Guess I’ll be waiting an eternity.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. They will not stand behind their work and will proceed to take your money without any resolution to the customer. Consider this a warning if you want to do business with a company that has no regard for their customers. Absolutely horrible.

Vanessa (the manager) was an absolute dream! She was so incredibly helpful to me and the crew I brought in with me, and she took care of everything. Her co-worker, Maria, was also fantastic.
