They always have everything I need and the staff is very friendly. They have an impressive array of items for anything you need to buy. Always people in and out so there is a good sense of community in there

They don't like to give change and they round everything up to the nearest dollar. When you call them out on it the owners become extremely indignant. Stay away from this place.

I love these old-school neighborhood convenience stores, and stopped in for the first time yesterday while doing errands and needing something to drink since it was 85 degrees at 9am. For anyone wanting the glitz & glamour of new chain stores with 18 flavors of coffee and a similar array of flavored creamers, you won't find what you are looking for here BUT if need something to drink, a snack and maybe a lottery ticket or two, this is your place!

The atmosphere was quiet, and the owners are very nice they go out of their way to accommodate you.

Please do not expect a Watham version of Whole Foods, or some kind of specialty grocery store here. Moreover, there is nowhere in this store to get a mani-pedi, Brazilian wax, or massage. This is a spa, which, for those of us who grew up around Boston, is another name for a convenience store. While the Moody Spa isn't the answer to everyone's prayers it does just enough...and isn't that what one wants in a convenience store. There are some very good things about the Moody Spa. The selection of snacks, tonics and necessities is very good, perhaps a bit overpriced, but that's what one has to expect in a convenience store. They have the lottery and smokes. There's enough sandwich stuff to feed a decent sized football party. In short, if you need it now, it's there. Years ago, spas weren't just small grocery stores, they were as much neighborhood hangouts where locals could get everything they needed and enjoy the best sandwich or small meal around. The Moody Spa isn't quite as good as some, but it works in a pinch.
