It bad what they national grid customers services did to their customers not doing their jobs as we get suffer for fix our plm the bills get screw up and delay without telling customers what happen well time touch the mass state department of utilities get their boot

This company has terrible service. My bank information was added incorrectly, resulting in non payment. Instead of informing me they sent my bill to a collections agency. They also wouldnt allow autopay and the website is also terrible. If they werent basically the only option around I would never use their service.
