Walked in at 8 o’clock when they closed at nine walked around for 30 minutes to then find a worker asked to get live fish only wanted Four fish one coworker tells me it’s OK. The other one tells me that the live selection is not open anymore when I was walking around for 30 minutes looking for them.

Smells absolutely horrible, rude and lazy customer service, animal food all over the floor, many misplaced items, guts on worm cans (which is extremely unsanitary and not pleasing while shopping), and items under dirty shelves. I am disgusted with this store and I would never come back again out of my own will. Horrible experience.

this place makes me sad. i was promised an animal and was told they were not able to be adopted. this is atrocious. i wanted to save an animals life by taking it away from a chain pet store, where it’ll sit in its cage all day with nothing more than the 17 other animals climbing all over each other.
very disappointed. i hate pet stores

I come to this location almost every week for the same item I rarely ask for help but I know they have many ways to check if they have a product available in store not been on the regular shelves. now as a person who works on the costumer services industry I think Emma should definitely work on hers. If you are busy or don’t want to help send the costumers to another associates or at least avoid look at them like they are annoying you. on the other side I would really like to thanks Jake for approaching very nicely offering help and find the exact product I was looking for in a minute!

Starting in October Petco will not be allowing the premium vital core membership holders to combine the savings with sales in the store. At over $250 a year the savings is no longer worth it to buy the membership for the premier vital core. They should be ashamed of the corporate greed. All the prices have increased it and now they're taking away benefits to save. It's a lose lose, I'm going to start shopping somewhere else and they should really think about the impact of this disgusting behavior.
