Chaney is one of the best associates I’ve had the privilege of interacting with when I shop at Petco. He always gives 110%, always helpful and informative. His customer service is unprecidented. He’s one of those people that makes you feel better when you leave. He’s just remarkable and I’m grateful for people like him. It shows how much Petco cares about having the right people in their store to give the best experience possible to their customers. I love this store and so do my fur babies! Thank you!

Google hours incorrect, they close at 8pm Thursday. Super inconvenient driving out thinking I would still have an hour only to apparently arrive only 2 minutes before closing with the employees not caring. Please update your actual hours online.

Disgustingly unprofessional. Made an appointment for 10:15 for 1 vaccine for my cat. Was not seen until 10:45 while waiting in line wild pitbulls were running around and scared my cat. When we got up to the table the quadruple masked up fake vet denied my cat because he is a bengal with a temper. I told her he only has a temper because they took 30 minutes and don’t organize the line at all so wild animals are running around scaring others. Go to a real vet because this one will waste your time, and then talk down to you in a condescending way. What a disgrace, no wonder why this petco is run down.

If you have a cat do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS VETCO. I have never had a more unprofessional vet ever. After being 30 minutes late she refused to issue the vaccines to my cat due to his overstimulation. Maybe it was because you were 30 minutes late and we were in a petco. Additionally, when the vet assistant asked if she was sure she couldn't work on my cat she replied with "yes hes a bengal". I do not know how she was able to pass vet school being such a condescending idiotic person. When asked if she can at least put him on the table to see if he was really too temperamental she refused and said she "just knows" she couldnt work on him then went on to explain to me how dogs are easier to work with than cats. I will not be returning and I will be sure to post on facebook groups, tell friends and coworkers, and basically tell anyone I know with a cat to not come here. Shame on the vet and I hope she doesn't have a cat.

I love this Petco and it's the closest one to me. They almost always have everything in stock. My only issue is I tend to see the fish aren't well taken care of so I don't usually purchase for my own tank there

Very poor customer service with no resolution. I put in a same day order with a local petco and I called to make sure they had the product I was buying which they did. My order was canceled with no reason. I also placed a reoccurring order to ship every two weeks and almost immediately received a message about a delay on my order which again I know the store shipping my items had the items in stock. I cancelled my reoccurring order and drive 40 minutes to the petco where I placed my order and bought the products which were in stock. No convenience and a waste of time. The customer service rep was no help either stating that the food would ship to me first once it was in stock and kept cutting me off to make the same point even though I told him the food was in stock.

Easy to find what I need.for my dog. She gets the regular large breed kibble from Purina, and the store stocks two sizes. I know where the bags are and what I want. I've tried ordering from Amazon for the convenient delivery, but my experience is that Amazon ships whatever they like. It's always been Purina, but some types that my dog is not used to and doesn't like. Petco is nearby, and I often stop on my way to or from the kennel in Watertown where she boards and gets daily playtime. Petco staff is great!
