This salon is a hidden gem! They have talented hairstylists who do it all, and for very diverse clients, all ages, all hairstyes, all everything. Welcoming vibe. Prices good. Giant Waltham parking across the street. I highly recommend, especially the hairstylists I know, MaryAnne and Fred, but there are all good people here!

I have been going to Pinnacle salon for 13 years, I love Jay! But Maryann should not be in the service industry. When owners are absent it is not the same level of service. I have been a loyal customer and have been with Jay, Freddy & Maryann. I missed an appointment and received verbal and written abuse. This is not the way you treat customers! BTW I called you Debbie to let you know what is going on in your business.

I'm new to the area and just started getting haircuts here. More expensive then I'm used to but definitely worth it (40$ for my barebones package). Maryanne does a great job and has really made me feel more confident in my hair. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time going to Pinnacle for a haircut and I should say that I loved it. Fred cut my hair and he did such a great job. He is such a kind, polite and funny person and listens to what you want, also what I really like about him is the fact that we talked about different products and services and he was not pushing to sell them at all. I do recommend Fred 100% and I would definitely go back ?Services: Haircut

I loved my haircut!!! It was done by Maryann, she was super nice and understanding. I went with no idea of what I wanted but the work was amazing!!! The service was also outstanding and all the employees were sweet and professional.

Killer. Deb is professional, funny, skilled, and actively listens to what you want, providing good insight and suggestions. She helped recover my botched attempt at an at-home covid cut. ABSOLUTELY awesome.
