I would not recommend this storage to anyone anymore it really did became a Scam
I started renting a unit here since 2020 and have to keep moving from unit to unit do to increase on rent every 3 to 6 months and now in 2025 they increase the prices way above you can imagine
Went from $57 /M to $110/M now $245M
So never again
Plus the building is old and don’t have climate control
A lot of debris will fall on top of you stuff
So just avoid renting in here

Quite literally a scam. I payed for a Storage Unit, then later that week went to pick up the keys and unlock the unit to find no one working at the facility.
No one was there the next day either. After talking with US Storage on the phone they notified me when someone was back at the office. I went in, and the person at the counter said they would issue me a refund.
Now the district manager is refusing to issue a refund for a storage unit I was UNABLE TO RENT. According to the staff the service fee is not refundable, even though I could not have used the storage unit if I wanted to.
