The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The lady working there hung up the phone because I asked for help. I am currently being charged for renting a space even after being moved out. Moving out is an absolute challenge and they charge you so many extra fees. I would definitely not recommend. Terribly treated and impossible to contact.

For the price, this storage facility is quite average. I have only had one other storage unit, so i only have one other point of reference for the review. This is definitely a step down in quality and cleanliness from the storage facility around the corner. They only have 4 carts for transporting your items, where there were 9 carts at my other storage location for a similar size facility. The parking area is very crowded and half of it is not paved. There is a large lip on the concrete slab leading into the building which makes it difficult to wheel the carts in and out. The key pad to get in is at a bad location where you have to get out of your car to enter your code. Just a lot of small things that could make the experience a lot better.
The initial price of the unit was the reason for moving here which was $35/month to start. After a couple months, the rate increased to $106....almost tripling the cost. When I called, the first person I spoke to said they never heard of such a large increase, so he would have the manager call me back. I did not receive a call back. When I called them back, they said there is nothing they can do about it. I understand storage facilities raise rates over time, and that's part of the gig. But tripling the cost after only a few months is excessive and immoral.
I'm still giving it 3 stars since they are priced slightly less than the other unit, so I shouldn't expect quite the same quality.

Tom offered great service. They were easy to work with and it was a great price for a summer rental for my college student's dorm room stuff as we live out of town.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Susan at Public Storage on Moody Street!!Her customer service is wonderful. She’s knows what she’s doing and is an absolute pleasure to interact with. If you need a storage solution, definitely talk to Susan. She’s the best!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the 260 Lexington St location, thanks to Harry! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
