I just had a great experience with this location of Public Storage at Lexington street, highly recommend their services. Tom has been extremely helpful as he stayed past his working hours to accommodate me.

My complaint isn’t the actual unit or the person that runs the place, but with the bait and switch they pulled. I got a storage unit for $100, two months later it went up to $130, then 5 months later it turned to $175, and now I’m about to cancel before it goes up to $230 next month. Will it be $500 in 3 months? I can’t afford to find out. It really is a shame because the place is clean and nice. With the economy the way it is, I can’t afford these tactics.
