AWFUL!!!! So many things bothered me about this place. I went in for eyebrow wax and mani/pedi.
1. Lack of choices in polishes.
2. The polish used on my was old and sticky, the type I throw away.
3. Rush job. My eyebrows were done in 2 minutes. And they look like they were done in two minutes.
4. Not enough polish drying machines. I had to use a small fan, which didn’t dry my nails. Just from getting my car keys the nails ruined. Instead of having them do it again, I went back inside and had them remove my polish so I can do them myself when I got home.

My toenails were not done correctly, the filer that they used was not that strong and I asked twice to correct one toe. The woman doing my nails seemed as though she was rushing because she had other guest waiting.
The work was just not done well. As seen in the image, my toes do not look the same. I came in asking for an extension on my toes because I had to cut them but I actually have to fix these at home now. This was overpriced ($72) and the longer I stare at them the more I'm not happy with the results. My toes are uneven and poorly filed.

LOVE!!! All my girls at Queen Nails!
Melody runs a great shop! Extremely inviting and warm. They always find time to fit me in. They are always up for a challenge trying out a new design and technique. Extremely hygienic! Provides a great massage with pedicures!! Highly recommend this place! They have lots of colors, cat eye, and chrome choices to choose from. If you bring them a style idea they execute it well. They always nail it!! 10/10

I am very picky and I have never come across someone who has invested time detailing nails so much. Just what I was looking for. If you’re looking for value for money, this salon is the best. Make sure to book appointment with SUNNY, you’ll not regret! They also take walk-ins.

The salon is clean, all of the techs are friendly, but I want to especially give credit to Sunny. He did my gel fullset ,he was kind, and he skills are outstanding. The work he did was top notch and I will definitely be requesting him for my next minicure appointment . Sunny only working Sunday for now. He can do any nail art you want. I suggest make the appointment first with him before you coming. Overall you can’t go wrong with this salon.

The service is very good, the price is affordable, and the cost performance is very high. The nail technician was very careful and professional during the whole processed. I am very 💯satisfied!!! This is the most satisfying manicure I have ever done. I will come to this store again next time!

I would give zero stars if I could. First of all, I went to go get a fill for my old acrylic set, and they took longer to do that than my friends real full set. They made my finger bleed, and all of the nails are different lengths and horribly shaped. I went back to ask for a refund and they gave me crazy attitude and asked me why I didn't just tell them that when I got them done (after a 2 hour fill, and I was exhausted). Then after I left and did not tip for this horrible service, they texted me, harassing me to tip. Do not come here.
