Came in with F350 manual with undiagnosed transmission/shifting issues. They were unable to assist but spent time pointing me in the right direction. Friendly and dedicated people.

Bob and Paul did a great job on my transmission and hopefully gave me much more time with my loved Z71 Silverado. After receiving several higher quotes they gave me a fair price to rebuild the transmission. It was done in a week and seems to be working great. It also comes with a one year warranty and a 500 mile checkup.

The Service wasn't bad at the time, but after having them work on my engine, it started smoking a year later. The dealership told me I had a third party radiator, which had never been replaced. Almost like this shop swapped out my factory radiator for a used third party radiator. I can't prove it, but this is the only time I've not gone to a dealership for repairs. I highly suggest if you use this shop you take a picture/video of your engine first, then take a look after and make sure everything is still factory original.

This is a great place to get transmission work and basic mechanical work done on your car for a fair price.

These guys do a good job at a reasonable price. If you are looking for the dealer experience, spotless office and an upitty service manager, don't go here. If you want your car fixed for a good price by a good mechanic, this is the place. I had a used transmission installed in my daughter's car and I'm very happy with the results. I bought the replacement trans at a salvage yard and the guys at Riverside checked it over and rejected it, There was excessive metal in the oil pan. They could have just thrown it in there and collected the labor charge only to have it fail in a few weeks but they didn't. I went back to the salvage yard for a better used part and it checked out ok. They installed it and all went fine. They also replaced the pinch bolts on the ball joints because they were rusted. Before they let me leave, they retorqued the lug nuts and checked the tire pressure. Very thorough. Don't let appearance fool you. They hire good mechanics and do quality work.

Went in about a month ago because my car was suddenly having trouble down shifting and the gears would grind when I tried to down shift. The owner of the shop was extremely unprofessional, he kept me there for an hour and a half when I really only needed to be there for 15 minutes, all he needed to do was pop open the hood find out there was a leak in the slave and master and then have me sign a piece of paperwork. But in the hour and a half I was there he asked me where I lived, how much I earned, where I worked, if I would come live with him or if I knew any other young girls who would come live with him and he also kept trying to find excuses to give me a driving lesson, when I do not need one. He finished the work in 2 days, which wasn't bad. The day before I went in to pick it up I explained that I couldn't pick it up during normal business hours because of my work schedule and I asked the owner if he could just leave the car locked with the keys inside and that I'd pick it up around 8pm (I have a spare key). He agreed to this but when I went to pick up the car the next night it was parked on the side of the road unlocked with the keys in the ignition, and there was a burning smell every time I drove My car for 2 weeks after. Fast forward a month later to today and my gears are beginning to have trouble shifting again so I popped open my hood for the first time since I got it fixed and found a burned milk jug with brown liquid in it under my hood and my coolant tube for my engine was not sticking into whatever it needed to be in, it was just laying on top of my engine. Now I know why my car smelled after, it was the milk jug they left in there burning! I am absolutely furious with the quality of the work and how I was treated and would definitely not recommend this place, especially not to a young female.

They did a great job replacing the clutch plate on my manual transmission. They charged less than the dealer and were conscientious.
