Many employees of the store are more focused on the Pokemon Center vending machine than doing their actual jobs. Management should seriously do something about this! Is there no protocol regarding “shopping on the clock”? Or are these people being paid to loiter the machines? Not only is this taking away from the purpose of a public vending machine, it also takes away from the shopping experience at Shaw’s. Please do better Shaw’s!

Why are you allowing your cashier buying Pokemon cards from the vending machine while he is on the clock. And in front of a customer waiting at the machine. Pretty much stealing the chance from the customer.

Went to Shaw's this morning. They have a good assortment of wares and fresh food. Also, they have a wing bar! They don't have many clothes for sale, though. Staff are super nice 👌!! All in all, great grocery store! Would recommend to anyone.

Shaw’s cake decorating has totally gone down hill. The cakes still taste great, but the decorating looked like it was done by a five year old. Very disappointing, since by the time you pick it up, there is nothing you can do about it. I ordered two cakes and the 6 inch was leaning like the tower of piza.

I've been shopping here for 4 years and it's one of the better grocery stores around. Employees are helpful, there's a good selection, and prices are competitive.
Some of the 1 star reviews are bonkers. One person wrote at the end of their review that they were writing about a completely different store. Another person said they showed up 8 minutes before the store closed and the doors were locked. They then shared a photo of the secondary entrance which I know has a sign saying it's locked after 8pm and to use the main entrance. This store doesn't deserve a lot of the negative reviews.
