If you are looking for an insurance company that charges you premium pricing for terrible customer service, look no further. As a long-time customer with Sinclair, I had no idea how incompetent they were in providing services since I never submitted an insurance claim to them over the past 10+ years. However, its been 6 weeks and counting trying to cancel my insurance policy to no avail and they continue to take premium payments out of my account. Do yourself a favor and get the same insurance policy elsewhere for cheaper and with better service.
