I am writing to express my concern regarding [Asian employment behavior towards client in the workplace. I have personally witnessed her being unprofessional and abrasive, which has had a negative impact on morale.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this issue with her and take necessary measures to ensure a more constructive and respectful work environment. I believe the CEO should be made aware of this situation, and I hope they will take the necessary steps to address it promptly.

I went there to get gas and was frustrated when the pump was not working right, the automatic gas piece was missing, and the receipt didn't come out. When I went inside to ask why I didn't get a receipt, the manager on duty, a black middle aged woman yelled at me about that, and dated me to contact the company headquarters. I plan to but told her she would never see me there again.

Tow happy maniacs, don't care about your business. Avoid.
Came here to grab gas, go inside and get a drink, and take under 1 minute to pick up my food across the street. After gas I moved to the side lot and they immediately threatened to tow me! After I just bought their stuff and I told them 30 seconds to pick up a sandwich.
Also, there pumps are horrendously slow and speedway is low grade gas. Go elsewhere.

Absolute worst customer service. Not even worthy of the one star. Angel the cashier is rude and very unprofessional. When you treat customers disrespectfully you need to find employment elsewhere.

Asian lady came at us (me and my husband along with my kids) because my car was beeping . Talking about my car was “on to turn it off because it was a fire hazard “ my car was beeping because my keys were inside and my lights were on . Obviously I am turning off my car when pumping gas I ain’t dumb to put my kids in that situation . Asian lady acted unprofessional should check herself before coming out yelling like a crazy maniac .

Unfortunately it appears as though this establishment is racist. I just sent my husband there for gas & the clerk told him that they were only accepting cash, no credit cards. We only carry cards & the clerk told my husband to use the ATM on site that charges $3. An Asian gentleman was able to use a credit card right in front of my husband's eyes. How disgusting! Will never go back there. What a shame that there are still people out there like that.

The gas station shop is filled with deliveries of soda cans and cartons of drinks everywwhere.Hit my foot on some of the items.Theres a serious lack of safety for customers.Clear the hallways or keep your store closed until its safe for customers.If it was an older person im sure theyd end up in hospital.Owner always replies with fake promises to fix the issues and asks for notes but does nothing.I challenge the owner to take a pic of the store with clear aisles.

Do not go here. Lets close this dump stop going here. I drive six hpurs to waltham every week on my way to see family get gas and use restrooms. The lady here lied to me said there is no bathroom when i am here every week. Then she turned her back to me when i tried to pay for a monster amd told me go to another gas station.

The asian lady manager swore at me for absolutely no reason. She should be fired. Unprofessional mentally deranged employee.There are about 10 other gas stations within a 1/2 mile. Dont support rude businesses.

I hope this review is to the right one. I really received great help here as I had little experiece with self gas fillin. The owner was so warm hearted to helped me several times without my ask for it, so did a kind guest who helped me with the second round fillin. Thanks to all those great kindness. Happy thanksgiving.
