If you are considering renting on any of the upper floors, beware the elevator has been broken for the last 6 months and I can not get a straight answer when it will be fixed. My guess seeing the elevator is 60 years or older, they can't find parts. Additional edit: I finally got ahold of Geo who claimed to be the onsite manager. Kasey used to be the onsite manager a had been very helpful when there were any past issues. When the elevator first broke in earlier in 2025 she was proactive in giving me a discount on a months rent for the inconvenience, offering great customer service. Talking to Geo just now, all he wanted to do was transfer the problem to somebody else and would not take any responsibility. I will be cleaning my unit out as soon as possible which will require moving large items down steep stairs (probably an insurance liability). I will leave another update if I can get any answers beyond the poor responses and lack of ownership I have gotten from Geo so far.

paid up front for a unit with elevator Access. When we arrive today at first, we could not find anyone to help us find our unit. And then found out that the elevator has been broken for three months and that’s why the unit had a discounted rate. The customer service rep was exceedingly unhelpful and kept arguing with us the entire time. would never rent from this particular location again

Unless you're on the first floor or outdoor units, don't rent here. To start, I was told the manager left a lock in my unit for me to use, but when I get there it is a broken lock, completely unusable. Not sure how someone could possibly have missing this detail as the latch was literally broken off, in two pieces. The elevator has also been broken the entire time I was renting, and from what I have read, it doesn't sound like it will ever be fixed. I had to haul all of my stuff up 2 flights of stairs to the third floor, and then up mobile stairs since my unit was on top of another unit, which I was never aware of. Nobody was ever in the building during office hours (before they moved online). I was also never notified of a price increase on my unit. Overall genuinely a terrible experience and I will never be coming back.

Good location, easy access, and fair pricing for the area. The place is clean and well-kept, and getting in and out is quick. Booking was simple and everything matched what was advertised. No complaints it does the job if you need storage in Waltham.

I was hoping to not have to post this review, thinking they would make things right after so many back and forths (my time wasted being on hold, frustration at being led on and having to contact them over and over again), but no chance. I am astonished at Geo's non-chalance and failure to follow through with what he promises to do. Emails go unanswered. Neither does Paul. I am surprised at all the positive reviews, frankly. My first time using a storage facility and it has been the worst experience. Gave notice l would be moving out on the 2nd, arrived with Uhaul and 2 movers and the elevator was out of order (since previous week, turns out). No notice. My unit is on the 3d floor, the stairs are very steep and long. Had to return the van, paid in full. Geo said he would let me know when it would be fixed. No word. I am also waiting for a refund from October that they've told me was coming for months, it never did. Blame everything on upper management change a month ago. Again, do not follow up/through, l have placed well over a dozen phone calls to the facility.

Met Justin, Manager of the Walthan Pleasant St facility. Both Geo and Justin were courteous and attentive. I was set up with storage quickly and efficiently. The bathroom was clean as well as the storage area.

I really trust this place. Paul (manager) has always been very helpful. Love that it is climate controlled, very clean and organized. Heat storage facility I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended!!

Geo at the front desk was exceptionally polite and helpful with my move in. Great location, fair rates and a friendly and knowledgeable front desk- it’s a good move anyway you cut it!

Avoid at all costs! The elevator is always broken. Had to move in and out of my 3rd floor unit by carrying all of my stuff up and down two flights of stairs. Their office onsite is never staffed, and they didn’t allow me to return the lock that they forced me to purchase in order to book the unit (after saying that they would allow me to return it). I would highly recommend choosing a different storage facility. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, and I genuinely would not want to hurt a site’s business, but I feel like it is necessary to warn others so that they don’t have to deal with the horrible customer service and facilities here.

I misplaced my keys, and the manager gio was fantastic and incredibly patient throughout the whole cutting process. I've consistently had positive experiences here. One suggestion would be to have two people in the office, as it can sometimes lead to delays when staff members are out on site. Cheap units in an expensive market! Nonetheless, the customer service is excellent, and I'll definitely keep come back next year.
