EXTREMELY RUDE BEHAVIOUR.
I had called before coming in and yet they are saying that they do not take appointments for threading and spoke very rudely in front of other customers. I regularly come to the store for services and when I enquired about another staff , they did not respond well too.
They usually treat well (one staff is extremely kind) but today was such a bad experience with other staff.

The lady sitting at the front said threading is $12. And once I was finished, she charged my card for $12.50.
I have never seen a salon that lies for 50 cents.

I would highly recommend this salon because they did my hair and makeup and my daughters hairstyle
for my brother's wedding in this saloon, and everyone loved it. Thank you so much for the wonderful job; we had many praises.

By far the best salon in Waltham. I've been a customer for YEARS, despite living all the way in Northborough I still drive to receive services from Suman. Very clean, professional, and friendly staff. I always leave Sumans salon feeling amazing!

Love Suman. Been going to her since I was 15 and I followed her until Sumans Salon. Always satisfied every time! She’s the one who knows how to do my eyebrows just right, the way I like them, and never misses.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. DO NOT GO HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went with an appointment and then they took walk ins while I was there and made me wait an hour. The eyebrow lady cut my lids and they were bleeding. Never going back there. When asked the owner about the wait... she simply said there is nothing she can do. Waxing was also done horribly, lots of hair remaining.
Horrible!!!
