Firstly, they damaged my car's back door, see the photo! Secondly, these guys seem to be operating a scam operation because I took my car for an inspection and they quoted me 400+ usd for fixing exhaust and failed my car's inspection when I refused to fix it with them. They also said my tail lights and number plate lights are also not working, but after a slight tap both started working. To me, they seem to use state examination to lure in new customers.

The people at TK Auto do quality auto repairs at reasonable prices as well as State Inspections, and are excellent in customer service. Tony, Jr. explains proposed repairs thoroughly and is available to answer customers’ questions over the phone. They do not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. They are honest mechanics. If something is still not right after a repair, they fix it.
They are also helpful. Tony, Jr. will go above and beyond the call of duty to help a customer.
I can usually have same-day service.
In dealing with customers, they are always friendly, polite and patient, and kind and caring. They are never condescending.
I am happy to give this shop five (5) stars!

I came in for an inspection sticker and they found a ball joint that needed replacing. I came back the next day to get it replaced. They kept me informed and had it ready when the said they would. Tony and his crew crushed it.

While taking my daughter to the nearby children’s hospital we experienced a issue with my car, being alone with my child in an unfamiliar area I was a bit panicked. Tony took my car immediately and made me feel safe and comfortable. He and the other mechanic quickly figured out the problem and luckily it was an easy fix. They were polite and super helpful and didn’t take advantage of a situation which so easily could have happened. Would 100% recommend and wish I lived closer as I would make them my everyday mechanics! Very thankful for their help!

I've been coming to this auto body shop for a few years for my car inspections, and they’ve always been quick and efficient. This was my first time getting major work done, as they recently replaced the brakes and tires on my Jeep Cherokee, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The price quotes were clear and straightforward, and there were no surprises.
Tony maintained fantastic communication with me throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend this shop for both routine inspections and bigger repairs—reliable, friendly, and professional!

Tony's a top-notch mechanic! Repaired my brakes quickly and at a fair price. He's upfront and honest about what needs fixing and won't try to overcharge you. Plus, he explains everything in plain terms so you're never left in the dark. Highly recommend!

Unorganized and unprofessional. I went in for a car inspection and dropped my car in the waiting area and informed them I would be waiting. While doing so, 3 other people showed up after me and all had their cars inspected before I had my time. When they finally took my car in, I walked 5 minutes back to my house to log into work. When i get back they inform me that they could not complete the inspection due to items in the backseat, to which I replied, I can take those out right now. Instead of leaving me car in the bay, they backed it out and saw another 3 customer before I decided to leave. No to mention all the mechanics were on their phones the entire time I was there, which was more than an hour and a half.
Edited to address the response: You informed me you couldn't access the back and I told you I could take that out in under a minute, which I did. In the meantime, you decided that this was such an inconvenience to you that I went to the back of the line. Also, very professional way to respond to a review

Slow service and very unhelpful. I informed they I have to be home in order to clock into work by a certain time and was assured my car would be ready. Low and behold, they didn't even have my car in the bay when my work started. I had to leave before being seen after waiting for 1.5 hours.
