If you need any assistance work with Kenneth!!!, he’s an amazing consultant; he patiently helped me pick out all of what I needed from my bathroom and answered all of my questions both on site, over the phone and via email lol. He was super responsive, even when he went away on vacation he provided seamless coverage. I am really happy with the support that I received through what could have been a stressful experience renovating my bathroom. My contracting company recommended them and I’m so glad they did!!!

I have been here several times - the first time was to find a new showerhead, the second was to get a faucet as a gift for my in-laws. I am super glad I went here as I was able to find the perfect shower head (that was very easy to self-install) and a great new faucet. The showroom is interactive with functional faucets and showers for you to try and the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable.
Customer Service:
The customer service here was excellent - they were attentive but not overbearing. They do not pounce on you right when you walk in the door like some other places. I was able to take a moment and move deeper into the showroom before being approached by one of the employees. They were very knowledgeable about the products and able to show me a variety of styles and features to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They remembered me when I can back the second time.
Facility:
Open Tuesday-Saturday / Closed on Mondays.
Showrooms is bright and clean. Contains a wide variety of sinks, faucets, vanities, mirrors, tubs, toilets and pretty much anything you need for renovating a kitchen/bath.
Ample parking is available on site.

I wanted to find a new faucet for my 30 year old kitchen sink, in white. Hard to find these days! The person who helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful! He just send me a photo my faucet is in!!! I will be going back to Kenny again for all my future needs! Thank you!

When I initially came into the branchI started working with the general manager who I actually enjoyed working with. But when I came back to finalize everything, I worked with a different sales rep. My decent experience turned bad when I was blamed for losing a piece of my set when the warehouse confirmed it was an open ticket still.In the future if I work with Inspired Bath I'd be sure to work with the manager directly.Also, if you arent in the industry like myself, have the warehouse open each box to ensure you have the entire plumbing set that you paid for.

very upset the girl was helpful helping me choose the right items over a thousand dollars she said it would get at their shipping place pick up in one week i was excited because we are seniors and had no showers we remodelEd anyway they did not follow up I kept calling they said they would check it out it 4 weeks because it was sitting in their shipping room in Watertown meanwhile I lost my Plummer took other jobs , I asked that this was their fault and they should find me a Plummer and have it installed to compensate for their mistake the manager said go to Angie list ever apologized or talk to me . this is not good business manners. we are seniors and couldn't take a shower for 4 weeks at our home we had to go to my daughters house which is not close. they should of followed up they blame it on the computer. they certainly take your money first then they don't care

I came into the Waltham showroom to source a tub, toilet and faucets for our guest bathroom refresh. Sean Jones walked me through some options, then put together the most detailed package of product specifications to share with my contractor (as well as a very reasonable quote)! When we found out that my original tub choice wouldn’t be available in time for our project start date, Sean immediately went to work to find an alternative; mindful of what I liked and didn’t like during my showroom visit. Sean made what I’d expected to be a daunting experience quick and painless!

What a great find - often drive past and think it would be too expensive - wow was I wrong.... found everything I needed at a price / budget I could afford. Gentleman named Kevin helped me tweak a few things to get the perfect solution for my new bathroom - can't wait to see it fully installed. Thank you Kevin and team for taking the fear(s) out of "the homeowner" personally remodeling a bathroom - Really Glad you are in Waltham!

One website link says "walk ins welcome" and "appointments encouraged." Another website link for the same store says "business hours (by appointment only)." I just was there and they said no appointments required on weekdays but appointment only on Saturday. On a paper. On the door. They've lost my business. I'm going to a place 8 minutes down the road that thought I was nuts when I called to ask if they are appointment only.

Love the team at the Inspired Bath! We totally gutted and renovated two bathrooms at the same time, and needed a LOT of parts. The whole team from the sales crew to the drivers were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They helped pick out fixtures that function well AND look beautiful. Delivery was smooth and seamless - they even came in a snowstorm! Can’t recommend them enough!!

I worked with The Inspired Bath for two bathroom projects. I worked with Jim Mahoney. It was definitely great to sit down and talk with an expert about what needs to get purchased and how all they fit together. I ordered everything for both bathrooms from them. It looked like everything was going well. Then we got the two Toto toilets. My contractor called me and told me that one of them was broken. I called The Inspired Bath and they told me I was supposed to check when they arrived whether they were broken or not. Jim never told me that I was supposed to check every item to make sure that everything was OK. They did change it for a new one. Second bathroom had multiple items missing. I called Jim and he told me it looks like everything was picked up. I told him we never received those pieces - one of the missing parts believe it or not was the aerator for the Symmons faucet. It has been three weeks I have called him numerous times and e-mailed him. I have never received the piece. There were other pieces missing that I also never received. Jim asked me for my credit card information so that he could charge me again for the items I never received. I believe if you have a good representative it works. I read a reviewer that was very pleased with the whole experience and that is great when you get a responsive representative. Overall they don't have procedures for hiccups (and there are always hiccups) and that is no way of running a business.I just got a call from Kevin (one day after my post, this is how customer service should be) and they are sending me the aerator via mail. They are also sending the other missing items free of charge. He was very understanding. He never asked me to change my review, but I am giving them 5 stars. They do have a sound business combined with Plumbers Supply Co. It is tremendous help to have the Specbook add on which explains what you purchased and all the manuals are right there which is definitely a great help.
