“This shop is a gem in Roslindale! When possible, I tend to do most of my shopping locally. Spending money in there community ensures that is stays in the community.As the seasons change, so do the available items here. In the spring, I buy some seeds for the garden. The summer months have products more associated with that. As we head into autumn and winter, the focus shifts toward the holiday season. I always buy some Christmas gifts here for various family and friends.The store is always busy during Small Business Saturday and the holiday markets.They stock a variety of items such as cards, jewelry, home decor, clothing, and lots of localy-themed items such as coasters, towels, and glassware.Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and takes the time to talk with me. This is something that you generally don't get in a large chain store.In conclusion, this is a great store and comes highly recommended by me!”

“I love it here. When I first moved nearby, I would stop by whenever I needed to buy a gift for a child. There's a wonderful collection of children's books, which is not surprising, given that the store owned and run by the writer illustrator dynamic duo, Paul and Peter Reynolds. It was a sad day when Mocha Java, across the street from The Bunny, closed its doors a few years back. But then came the happy day when it found a new home within The Blue Bunny! A few tables were added to the front and voila! A delightful combination coffee shop & children's book store was born. I just noticed that a few adult books are now available, too. Today, I brought a friend along that had never been to The Bunny. Needless to say, she was thrilled with the find - albeit slightly miffed that she was only just discovering it! Although the Reynolds brothers can often be spotted at the shop, I had always been too shy to introduce myself. But having a friend along today emboldened me to say hello and express my appreciation for their work and shop. We were treated to a lovely conversation with Paul, and Peter joined us towards the end. I was excited to learn about Peter's latest book, " When things aren't going right, go left." Seems like the perfect sentiment for these challenging times. What a wonderful way to start the day. Oh, and the coffee is delicious, too!!”

“Went in on a Sunday to pick up an order for my wife. Store was not yet open, but they were very nice and helped me anyway. There was a mix-up on the order that was not their fault. Tricia (manager?) was very polite and professional and straightened everything out quickly and efficiently. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Very well done!”

“I have been to many Lego stores around the world and the one at the Burlington Mall is one of the best in the US for an AFOL. First, the series minifigs were sorted so that you could buy the ones you wanted with reasonable certainty. Although LEGO probably frowns on this, I for one, bought many more because I only wanted certain parts or certain minifigs. Second, thankfully, they had a baseplate with all the elements that they had in stock, both in front and it the back. That is incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't need any PAB. Their in-stock set selection was good also. However, I didn't know whether my visit coincided with re-stock day or whether this was normal. The employees were super, super friendly and had just the right amount of "do you need some help" while allowing me to just browse and take in the ambiance of the store. Definitely one of my favorite Lego stores in the US.”

“The best place to have a birthday party! Everything is taken care of for you-balloons, the table settings, decorations, goodie bags! The play center is the perfect place with such a huge variety of activities. The character visits make the party extra special as well. The owners are wonderful and truly love what they do. “Great customer service, clean, welcoming. Went in to buy a basketball. I was greeted promptly by a young man named Jakai I think. (I'm sure I misspelled his name). He was super helpful, friendly and competent! He even added more air to the basketball without my asking. He also showed me around the store which was super clean and well organized. The prices weren't as horrible as I they thought they would be considering it's right in the middle of Brookline village! I would shop there again because of the great customer service, cleanliness of the store, and nice atmosphere.”

“I got a call from them saying they denied what they thought was a fraudulent order. Stephanie had taken the time to find my phone number and then call me to let me know. Instead of the criminals being able to use my card for days or weeks until I noticed they only managed 4 fraudulent charges and the card was quickly canceled. If they take the time to help me out and I'm not even a customer then they are the tops in my book.”

“Fantastic selection of toys, prices, indie and mainstream brands. I was especially happy about the variety for both my 2 year old, and 10 year old. We love the Jellycat brand of stuffed animals and they have a great selection. I had to stop myself from immediately draining my bank account, I will be back for my Christmas gifts and gifts for others very soon. This is our new favorite toy store (and we have been to many across the country!!)”
