I've always had great experiences at any true value I've been to around the country, and I must have been to them in at least 20 different states. Always helpful and friendly and competent. This tells me that the company prioritize excellence in customer service.
But on my last visit, this was taken to a whole new level. Taylor the assistant manager helped me with my keys which they don't even typically do that style. And she helped me try and dismantle them, which was a whole project. All while their system was down and she had a million better things to do. But she treated me like i was the only one in the store and was truly kind and concerned with the problem i came in to solve. And then i had a few nonconsequential questions while browsing but her and a couple other team members treated them like it was a daily double on jeopardy and they had to find the right answer.
This was help above and beyond from great people. I hardly even know what to say besides thank you!
Go shop here you won't be disappointed.

Worked here over the span of 2 years, and only 4 employees (3 of them being managers) were consistent there the whole time. Turn over rate is abysmal because the manager is pretty rude to employees and customers alike, sometimes rude to employees in front of customers. I've recieved multiple pitty tips from customers who felt bad for me. Over all wouldn't recommend based on the manager alone, and f you plan to work here, simply don't. You'll get minimum wage, no benifits at all because it's considered a small business, and a rude and passive aggressive manager to boot.

Clean and orderly store. But...CLOSED on Sundays. Sundays... where the typical working slob has off to fix stuff around his house. Come on guys really??

52 years old and have never felt more like a criminal in my life. Went here for 2 nuts and bolts . Put them in the bags marked as needed. The clerk followed me around like I was going to steal something. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Great experience with this store. 10/10 times I go in here I am greeted with great customer service and the staff always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The hardware selection here is the absolute best. When you're looking for something specific whether it's a nut, bolt, fender washer, metric, standard, stainless, grade 8, wing nut... You name it they most likely have it a bunch of sizes as well. This is my go to over home Depot or any other hardware store. Ice melt and bags of stone are sitting right outside out back under overhang staying dry & very quick and easy to load into a truck without having to transport it across the store.

Review based solely on the fact I’ve gone back 3 times to get keys copied and none of them work. The same has happened to my property manager for key copies. If that’s the service you are looking for, I recommend the minute key station at Home Depot (very close to true value).

I always try to support small locally owned businesses and this is a family-owned hardware store. If you want to get in and out, find just about anything you're looking for in support locally owned businesses, then this is you go to.

Nice store and nice people. I asked for oil based exterior stain and got water based interior stain. I should have checked before I left the store but there was a mixing problem and I just wanted to leave. I accept responsibility for not checking when the paint man pulled the base can . I like the store and people, just have to be more vigilant.
