The black woman with dreads is the most rudest customer service person I’ve met. I got to her and said hello, she just looked at me until I said am here for identity verification for change of address. She just placed a paper in front of me, I didn’t know what it was for so am asking what it’s for. she looked so mean and unresponsive. I was later sent mail saying identification not approved because I didn’t show my ID but I did she just didn’t process it.

Came to get my passport and Lily was very helpful!! Super kind and attentive, she made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. There were 2 other people working as well and they seemed to handle customers just as well. This is definitely one of the better post office’s I’ve been to.
