Incredible how most of my experiences at USPS locations are unpleasant most of the time. Most of the workers do not have good attitude. This location is by far the worst attitude from the Lady manager and the other lady. Very unprofessional and it seems as I’m asking for a favor.

Get rid of Marie she's so rude and doesn't want to cash a money order lying to customers saying she didn't have the cash. Even though I bought it from her 25 mins prior . Everyone else there is great

Steven at the Waltham post office was very helpful during the passport process. He was very patient with my family. He helped us with the step by step with a smile. He went an extra mile and gave my toddler coloring paper to keep him busy. He knew the customers by name. Just a phenomenal and excellent service. Thank you Steve!

I have been going there for 3 years THE BEST usps location. Very nice and friendly staff and they are working fast, which is important. Stuff smiles to you and being nice. Just my favorite spot for sending mail and packages. I usually send them with Steven, but if he is busy with someone else, I go to another person and never got any problems. Everyone there is just a very good worker!

My favorite post office location ever. The staff are always so friendly, especially Varlo. He always goes above and beyond for the customers, is so positive and really brightens my day whenever I go into the store. They are efficient, its clean and its in a great location. I love this USPS location and they are extremely fortunate to have such an exemplary staff member in Varlo!

They always overcharge if you don't look at the screen. Some how my 0 lb 0.8 oz letter is a small package and I get charged double the cost.

This morning I decided to go to this post office because it was convenient for my errands but normally I go to my town center. I try to send this box which I have shipped over 100 times at this location and other locations and this “gentleman“ says that I can’t ship it, the size is wrong and you can’t put the label somewhere. I’m not sure when the rules changed I know the prices went up, but it was complete nonsense and he wasn’t very friendly about it so I won’t be going here and I will be ordering from stamps.com where you can get stamps for 40% off I thought I was doing something good by supporting our community. It’s hard to do that when they do not support you. And no one answers the fricken phone. When did we get so lazy.

Poor customer service. Always delayed delivery. Waste of spending money for the priority services. They don’t even care about the customer and reply properly and rude.
