“An excellent local shop with everything we need. Wonderful staff and a truly colourful and homely experience. We love going in to replace anything from broken bowls to incense. Highly recommended (pun intended!).”
“I had a great experience with Mike and Joslyn at New edge. They were both professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent, and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled with care. I truly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service!”

“I’ve been coming here about four times now, and every time the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They always take the time to answer my questions and make sure I have a great experience. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place!”
“If you want to be treated as a valued customer, The Goods really deliver. Most of the cannabis shops around here don't have anywhere near the level of customer service that The Goods do. Great staff. Knowledgeable and kind. Great selection too.”
“Seymore helped me with a very last-minute need for my daughter’s birthday party and was a total lifesaver. We realized we had forgotten to print one of the T-shirts, and he stepped in without hesitation and created it for us. So kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!”
“This place was recently taken in by new management. Mit, (pronounced, meet) was there to help me and find the right vape. I appreciate his knowledge on the products and we I’ll be coming to see you again. The place looks great— Thanks Mit!”
“Kyle and angel were absolutely amazing! Kyle helped me with everything I needed and was very informative on the topics discussed. Amazing is quite literally amazing... Definitely recommend checking this place out.”

“I love this place, Tony is the best. He is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. He took the time to show me every product I had questions about. I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchases.”
“Best smoke in MA, I brought here Puffco peak pro I love it.
Honestly, this is one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to. The vibe is super chill, and the staff are always friendly and helpful — they actually know their owner and take the time to answer questions without rushing you. The shop is clean, well organized, and has a great selection of vapes, glass, and other accessories. Prices are fair too..
I would definitely recommend..”
“I LOVE this place. Zelda is amazing and delightful to talk to. The selection is great, prices reasonable and the vibe is perfect. Also super close to my fav dispensary and the 70 bus which makes it a frequent stop for me.”
“This smoke shop is absolutely amazing! They have a great selection of vapes, and the quality is top-notch. There’s also a huge variety of pipes and glass bongs, plus a really good selection of Kratom products.
What I love most is the pricing ، everything is very fair and much better compared to other places I’ve been to. The shop is clean, well organized, and mou are super friendly and helpful.
If you’re looking for the best smoke shop around, this is definitely the place to go! ???? ? ? ?”

“Beyond helpful staff, great products… after calling around different vape shops in the Boston area because my mod needed a new tank literally no one else was helpful until I called these guys and they were more than happy to help recomend me a product that works amazing!!! Even after a billion stupid questions I asked 10/10!!!!”
“If you buy any two vapes, you get $10 off, which is a great deal and they're also priced low compared to other shops. It might be a limited-time offer, but they've been doing it for a while. The guy working there is super knowledgeable when it comes to vapes and can tell you exactly how each vape tastes, which made it easy for me to decide.”
“With all the smoke shops around, it’s hard to stand out. But this place absolutely does, & that’s thanks to the customer service! The guy (I’m assuming owner) who works here is extremely kind, knowledgeable & friendly. Beyond accommodating & has helped me out when I’m in a bind! I’d give them MORE than 5 stars if I could! THANK YOU!”
“This store is huge with everything you need for smoking vaping or any accessories you may need. Large selection of glass at good prices. If your around the area I would recommend checking them out. You'd be amazed at what you find. Friendly staff willing to help you find what you need. They also have a few locations around the city.”

“The store is a well-run place. The people working there are kind and communicative. The pricing is very good for what’s offered there, which makes the store dependable.”
“Best selection of cigars but they need to get new merchandise as far as cigars go. Some cigars I want, they don't have so I have to drive to Watertown to get. Overall they're nice. Helpful and knowledgeable.”
“I stop in every time in in Burlington. What a great selection and very kind staff. The young woman today remembered me even though I'm not there nearly as often as I would like to be.”

“Always great service and the best prices around but there is a new store that opened up down the street in Central Square I won't mention the name but I would not recommend it it's not affiliated with the blue moon company the Blue Moon company is the best for prices and in service”
“The owner is very cooperative and he always gives me good deals. The old man is like a father to me. He's very polite and has the best prices in the city! ?”
“Mohammed was the most helpful customer service person I have run into in quite some time. Cambridge is known for its friendly nature and he fits right in! He was knowledgeable in a variety of products and went a step further in helping me find just what I needed. Thank you!”
“Staff are all nice and very helpful. The store is ALWAYS clean and inviting. The owner is polite, friendly and respectful. He’s always smiling, and so are the staff. Good job hiring the right people.”
“I began shopping at the Union Square Smoke Shop in late December 2007. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Dave Hamparian, who owned the business for years, was always very kind and courteous to me. In addition, they carry & sell a very wide selection of prepackaged, looseleaf tobaccos ... and various brands of packaged cigarettes at fairly low prices.”
“We had such a great experience here! The guy working was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely took the time to help us find products we ended up really enjoying. We’ve been to other Blue Moon locations pretty frequently, but we didn’t realize this was the OG location! We’ll definitely be coming back. Great products, great service, and a really welcoming experience!”
“The place is awesome. The people there are great very knowledgeable behind the counter and very helpful. They got a great team of people in there couldn’t ask for a better place to go to.”

“I really love this store. The gentleman behind the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in. I love how he gave a couple of minutes to look around before he came over and asked me if I needed help finding something or I already knew what I wanted. They didn't carry what I was looking for but he mad a really good suggestion and I went for it and I don't regret it. I have been here three times already and I'm going to keep coming back. I highly recommend coming here!”
