I recently witnessed a younger Spanish man , rather short with beard working the counter where pictures are developed etc. He called last customers in line over to that register as they do occasionally , the woman and child had makeup shampoos, laundry detergent etc. Me and my husband watched and listened as he said $8,70 or $6.00 ! We now are next and as this Woman n child are exiting store the alarm sounds and closest cashier said something until man that just rang them up yelled they were all set. My husband said to this guy I'd like to speak with ur manager " you doing this costs us more in long run". To our astonishment this was the manager!. This happened the morning before Thanksgiving

This pharmacy always takes too long at the drive through. Even if you’re the first car in line. They just take forever to grab your prescription and some of the pharmacists don’t seem to have a clue as to what they’re doing. I get there and it’s like a 15 min process every time. When I opt for delivery options, they always tell me the delivery order was canceled because they couldn’t find a carrier to deliver. They’re soooo slow at the window.

Everything is well stocked, easy to find, and the staff is friendly. The parking situation is great and this location is optimal.

Cassandra and her team are the very best at getting the meds you need when you need them. If there is an insurance issue, they do whatever it takes to get it done. Lucia and Jennifer also deserve praise for their hard work and pleasant attitudes.

I'd put no stars if I could. This site is BY FAR the stupidest to get a covid-19 test. It was a drive thru, but the email we got said if you didn't have a vehicle it was fine, we came by Uber so naturally we didn't have a car. When we got there the woman at the desk was like "you have to have a car" and we were like "but we have an email saying it's okay." She didn't care, no car no test. She DID though let us know that the fedex guy was coming at 5 so if we could hurry up and get our test it would be best. Thanks. So we walk over to the window waiting to see if anyone getting a test would ALSO let us in to get ours. The window was nothing special that needs a car. They were testing out of a McDonald's look alike, we totally could've done it on foot. They had a glass, they had a drawer, level ground, why a car? The lady was not a help at all, and she could see we were in a rush. So I then proceeded to call an Uber and tried to explain to him if he was okay driving us through a covid test for my friend. He didn't speak good English so now I'm running around Walgreens to find a translator to ask them. While I'm doing this the clerk woman was just watching me do all this because she INSISTED we need a car. So then I got the Uber, he was fine with it, we went through the drive thru. The woman (who was smiling) was SO SLOW getting the test, talking to us, and being overall at tentative. Like she didn't care. Oh also, when we we're at the window my friend had to GET OUT of the car to take the tube out of the drawer, so again, WHY CAR? Don't ever come here for a covid test. Credit to the Uber driver though, coolest guy ever. Gave him a $10 tip for an $8 ride. So I guess go Uber, fudge Walgreens

Currently on hold to the pharmacy here for the 3rd time this afternoon following 2 previous prolonged holds which both terminated with them hanging up on me before I was even able to speak with the pharmacist, or anyone else for that matter. Have now wasted over an hour of my afternoon on hold to this pharmacy! The only reason I'm calling them is because they requested I do so because of some unspecified "technical issue" with a prescription refill. This is an absurd, and abusive waste of my time. Edit - after another prolonged hold they hung up a third time without ever answering. Disgraceful lack of respect for their customers.

The pharmacy staff are awful. Common medicines seem to be always out of stock, and they will not get back to you. The store is also disgusting. Stay away, there are better pharmacies around the area. I have since switched all prescriptions including my family to CVS, never experienced any issues. I

I thought a few times I went to this Walgreens lately, that staff I dealt with were having a bad day! I have been going there for years. I'm TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the staff and store! I was wrong, their employees are the RUDEST, INCOMPETENT, etc... I'm on the phone right now, well just ended call, PISSED OFF! I asked for a delivery for a few enemas! FIRST, he didn't know what it was. I spelt it 3 times so he put me on hold to go look for it. 3 times a VERY Rude man kept picking up the line giving me lies as to what he was doing, I tried to talk but he just told me he would be back, put me back on HOLD. I'm in a wheelchair and today, no one to pick it up. Well, Phil, that's what he said his name was, came back and he found it, now he tells me, they don't deliver, I could do curb side. Website is wrong or he is. Asked for Manager and of course, she was off. Fact is this Walgreens and it's staff should REVAMP ASAP from the ground up! When I can get there, I'll have to do some damage control!

I have picked up scripts here before, but last time I tried to drop off a fedex package, I got barked at by the incredibly smelly fat woman behind the counter for not having my face covered. She refused to give me a receipt for my package, and kept insisting that I go get a face mask, to which I replied that I would not be leaving the store without either my package or a receipt. After calling a manager over, they eventually gave my my package back and I took it to a real fedex store. I don't recommend leaving packages here if they're important. On the other hand, if you like being lectured about hygiene by an obnoxious lard-ass who smells like she hasn't bathed in a month, you'll probably love this place!

Pharmacist claimed my medication stopped being manufactured months ago and tried giving me some other generic brand. Went to another Walgreens and they ordered it for me- no problem. Deceitful people have no business working in a pharmacy where it affects people's health. Won't be returning.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with this pharmacy. First off, their systems were down and I couldn't get a medication I need for my sciatica. I had to divide my doses in half waiting for them to let me know when I can pick that up. This is a type medication you have to graduate doses and same coming off it. I had to call the dr.'s office and have them send a new script to a different pharmacy. I left them completely. Then I had a series of photos I had done on a sightseeing tour with a gift for a friend. Some vital photos did not print and they had done doubles and a few were tripled. A few photos got cut wrong and it ruined the picture. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes before someone would even get my order. The young lady was called to the front to help cash out a customer who just got in line. \"Hello. I'll get my own photos so I don't have to put you out of your way.\" Now you have to stand in one line and wait for the next cashier. I didn't know this and walked up to a cashier with my items. I got crucified by a gaggle of banshees. Unreal. [the list goes on \u0026 on] I don't need to be made less of a person so away I went. I think I'll be pushing up daisies before I go back to this location.

I was having a visible allergic reaction today and wanted to get an antihistamine instead of going to the hospital. I came in and a pharmacy tech asked me if I had a question. The pharmacist was standing right there and I explained to her I was having allergic reaction and she looked at my hives and told me to hold on while she folded up a bag and continued to laugh and have a conversation with somebody else working there who was standing next to her. I waited for a while and eventually left the counter to go find something myself. She yelled after me asking if I had a question... uhh too late witch gotta go make sure my throat doesn't close.
