PHARMACY DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I work at a medical office and need to call to check on rxs for pts, and it is IMPORTANT that they answer calls w/in reasonable time. I have been on hold >45 minutes and it holds my job up. It is completely ridiculous

Called trying to find out if my medication was in stock and was on hold for 10 minutes and then spoke to a very unhelpful person who told me it looked like they had stock online but couldn’t be sure if it was at their pharmacy or another? So I asked if there was any way to know for sure so that I don’t have to make my provider send my prescription to a pharmacy that doesn’t have it in stock, and she told me she’d transfer me to the pharmacy (I thought I was already speaking to a pharmacist??) and then I ended up on hold for ANOTHER FIFTEEN MINUTES before they either hung up on me or my call dropped. I’ve had this issue with calling here before and I am INFURIATED. I need this medication to function, and I should not have to spend HOURS trying to even find out if it’s available.

WORST pharmacy I have ever seen. Every time I go for my pharmacy needs, I come across mistakes, lack of respect, and EXTREMELY delayed service. I literally spent 2 hours at the pharmacy because the pharmacist made a mistake in filling my prescription and told me it costs 400$ because insursnce won't cover it. I kept telling them I got this drug 2 weeks ago and it was covered then. It turned out the pharmacist had filled in the prescription WRONG. This is just one example among MANY MANY MANY MANY incompetence I have experienced here. I had to go to this pharmacy for location convenience. But being disappointed and disserviced every time, now I go to another pharmacy at farther location to avoid this pharmacy at any cost.

The pharmacists here are not performing on an acceptable level. They are consistently slow and prone to mistakes. On multiple occasions, they have entered in the wrong prescription, for example, confusing eye ointment with eye drop or skin cream with skin ointment. These were resolved before leaving the store, but after an unpleasant back and forth and a considerable amount of time. Other times they have incorrectly told me that my prescription was not covered by insurance requiring me to go a different pharmacy.

Place has really done downhill since covid. Recently I refilled two prescriptions online. However, one said out of stock and other in progress for over a week. I tried calling to see what is going on but was on hold for 90 minutes before being disconnected. This type of thing has been having frequently. Time to part ways.

Beyond horrible experience. Made an appointment for a Covid vaccine online. Showed up to a line of people and when I got the counter a woman who was barely audible asked what I was there for. I told her I was there for the Covid vaccine to which she responded by asking if I also wanted a Flu shot. I told her I'd already received my flu shot so she tells me to have a seat while she gets me paperwork to fill out. While I'm sitting and waiting another man checks in who says he is there for the flu shot and Covid vaccine. There is a lot of chaos behind the counter with staff yelling that they are leaving once this man and I are given our shot (it was later in the day) and they must have asked the other man and I at least 4 more times what we were there for (each time asking me if also want a flu shot). After I fill out the paperwork (that I had already filled out ahead of time online) the lady brings me to the room where she is carrying multiple syringes (I assumed she was carrying mine and the ones for the guy after me). She proceeds to put one in my arm and then tells me to wait while she leaves theroom (I assumed she was going to get a bandaid or something). She then comes back and starts putting rubbing alcohol on my arm again and then picks up another syringe. I ask her what it is and she casually tries to say "nothing." I ask her if she just gave me gave flu shot instead of the Covid shot and she mumbles something and tells me no. She puts the syringe in my arm and I ask her to please explain why she as just given 2 shots when I came in for 1. She then tries to tell me the first one as empty (it was not) and asks if I'm going to crucify her. So now I have no idea what I was even given. I just can't believe the disorganization and lack of regard to anything her. I will never be back and cannot advise strongly enough against this place.

A terrible terrible experience the past two days at the pharmacy here. Everyone in line was being told their prescriptions weren't ready in spite of having returned several days in a row. My Freestyle Libre was ordered 2 weeks prior and still not in the store. I found some at another Walgreens. Clearly my prescription was never ordered in spite of my asking it to be AT the prescription counter. Today I waited 45 minutes for a prescription to be filled after being told on the phone it would be ready 3 hours earlier. Several people waiting for prescriptions who came in after me got their prescriptions filled before me which no one at the pharmacy was able to explain to me. The service at this pharmacy has declined significantly and I am fearful that these people who are told to keep coming back will get sicker. Walgreens get your act together.

never ever come to this pharmacy, if you can even call it that. no matter if it is empty and your the only one in line , it will take 1/2 hour 45 minutes for someone to help you. i literally clocked them twice. then they told me to come back in 15 minutes. I do what they say and come back to wait another 45 minutes and they say they're out of stock for my prescription. unreal

I wish I could give them zero Stars. I've made Seven calls today and been on hold forever. I hang up after about 25 minutes. It keeps telling me I'm the next person in line. Then I called and it said it would call me back in approximately 4 minutes. Never got that call. Made another call and was told I'd be called back in 1 minute. That call never came either. Called and ask for the store manager and got hung up on. Called and asked for the store manager and was given manager of the front end. He told me the manager went home. I said I've been on seven different calls and no response from the pharmacy. He launched into a tirade about how most of their techs have walked out on them in the last week, how there is only one person with 12 people in line, and that they will not answer the phone. I said never mind and hung up. I'm switching back to CVS, although reluctantly.

Had a confirmed web appointment for a vaccine. Arrived on time. Pharmacist said I'd have to wait 40 minutes. Why? No explanation other than "I'm busy." But there was no one else in the store. I asked for explanation... he aggressively wrote "40 mins!" in big letters and held it up to me. No apology, just "my time is more important than yours." Color me done with Walgreens.

I don't even want to give this pharmacy 1 star. It deserves no stars. Can not get a hold of the pharmacist. Should be illegal. This place sucks

Slowest pharmacy personnel I've ever seen. Not a one-time deal, either, they're unconscionably slow every single time. Three hours to fill a script, then another half hour in line to retrieve it? Will never be back.
