The customer service at this store is terrible, if not non-existent. I went there to buy an item that the website showed was in stock at this location. I couldn't locate the item in the store, so I asked for help.
The cashier called for someone named Javi to assist me, who I was told was a manager. The alleged "manager" took me to the aisle where he thought the item would be, but it was not there.
After giving me several excuses as to why it was not there (it was sold out, I may have looked at the wrong store online, etc.), he said he would go "check his machine" to see where else it might be within the store. I waited 5 minutes for him to come back, but he never returned, so I went back to the register to purchase the rest of my items and he was sitting in a chair behind the cashier, texting away on his personal phone.
This is what happens when you hire children to run a place of business. It's no wonder why this location has such terrible reviews.

I decided to do a return via FedEx here since I could walk and needed a few things. Long story short, it took me 2 trips to do my return, I have zero confidence the package will make it back to the sender, and I was only able to purchase one of the three very common items I was shopping for. I will not step foot in this store ever again.

Getting a prescription refill is a rigamarole. When calling I wait on hold forever before getting dropped. Picking up takes a long time even with no other customers around and I am not provided with updates on how much longer it will take. I am going back to my old pharmacy. It may not be as conveniently located but the service is better.

There is never anyone at the checkout. Twice I’ve felt like an idiot just standing around looking for a cashier.
Very unprofessional store.

They take forever to fulfill pick up orders and photos. Multiple times I have had to come in and ask them to fulfill it

This pharmacy staff isn’t very kind nor helpful. I wouldn’t recommend using them.
After being notified that a medication was out of stock via text, I called to ask if they could look up which nearby Walgreens had it in stock and transfer it there. I was put on hold by the pharmacist for 10 minutes, only to be told that they were actually “too busy” to help me.
Okayyyyy??? Just say that instead of making me wait for no reason then!?
So I just transferred all my stuff over to Costco who filled it in 15 minutes.
Bye bye Walgreens y’all are gonna be bankrupt soon anyways.

Please be careful because there's a lady who works there that couldn't check her surroundings when carrying a shopping cart full of magazines, so she goes over customers who are passing by.
It hurts and it bleeds.
She didn't say sorry. She didn't offer any help when I showed her the bleeding ankle.
She didn't care.

The pharmacy didn't have some meds I need urgently, so they said they would have them tomorrow.
Today I was told that the earliest they could have them was 4 days from now.
Get your meds elsewhere.

Can't vouch for the pharmacy part, but on the retail end they're regularly understaffed. Every time I go there, nobody is manning any register and I have to wait for someone to come up to the front

We arrived on time for back to back vaccine appointments we booked online, and the pharmacy member said they'd be with us soon. But they wound up running over 45 minutes late for the first appointment, and 20 or so minutes past the second. The system also had somehow lost the paperwork I had submitted, but redoing it was pretty quick. Would recommend another spot for vaccines if possible, but apart from the wait, this place was fine. The people here were quite nice!
