We arrived on time for back to back vaccine appointments we booked online, and the pharmacy member said they'd be with us soon. But they wound up running over 45 minutes late for the first appointment, and 20 or so minutes past the second. The system also had somehow lost the paperwork I had submitted, but redoing it was pretty quick. Would recommend another spot for vaccines if possible, but apart from the wait, this place was fine. The people here were quite nice!

Go to a different pharmacy, they never answer the phones, just leave them off the hook. And they never have medication in stock.. poor customer service, poor management. Save yourself the trouble and get your percriptions filled elesewhere.

DO NOT use this Walgreens pharmacy. They are terrible. I waited on hold for 45 minutes the other day. Ended up needing to come down to the pharmacy I person to speak with someone. They had the phone lines off the hook when I arrived. No one knew what they were doing. I came back the next day when my prescription was due to pick up the other day and they still took hours filling it! They also run out of medications quickly and do not restock in time. I repeat use another pharmacy!!! I will be changing pharmacy

I just moved from CVS to this Pharmacy as it was closer to my office. I've had 1 prescription filled and it has been a complete disaster. They do not answer the phone. Going back to CVS,

I arrived for my scheduled appointment a few minutes early and waited 45 minutes to check in just to have them tell me my insurance was not accepted there. They were exceptionally unorganized and I should have walked out much sooner.

Really bad customer service. On hold 30 minutes with pharmacy for a quick question. Phone rings 20 times but they just put me on hold again & again. Needing to ask if they have COVID test kit available because I'm sick. I ask if I can use drive-in to get it. But their drive-up is broken. Drive-up has been dysfunctional for a very lone time now. Why don't they pick up the phone? Why don't they fix their drive-up? So frustrating!!!! Apparently they are so busy giving vaccines booked back-to-back they don't have time for other customers. I'll go somewhere else to get what I need. I'm a regular customer there at the pharmacy. FU Walgreens - so many bad customer service experiences. I'm tired of it.

This place is a joke. They do not value your time as a customer. I have a taxi waiting on me and they send me to two different registers to ring up my things. Then I have to listen to an employee complaining to another employee about being at the register. Apparently she hates it so bad that I had to stand there and while she slowly expresses it to someone else before handing me my receipt. Like she's refuses to multitask. I'm fully aware that there are a lot of aholes in this world and people are rude to cs employees, but this was a perfect example of why. One item. Took her 6 minutes to hand me my receipt.

I'm writing specifically about the pharmacy at this Walgreens. Last week I filled a prescription for an antibiotic there. When I took the first one, it was so unbearably bitter that I called my doctor to see if it came in a capsule instead of a pill. They didn't know and told me to call the pharmacy, so I did. The pharmacist answered the phone after a very short hold, looked up the medication, and told me that it came in capsules in a different dosage that I could still take so that the daily mg intake would be the same. My doctor prescribed it for me there, and when the pharmacist told me they didn't have it in stock but another nearby Walgreens did, the Weston St. store arranged for me to get it at the other store AND to apply coupons to the new prescription that I qualified for, which made it much more affordable.I'm so grateful. I don't remember the name of the pharmacist, but I think her name began with a C. She was great.

Store manager won't honor return policy and is, basically, accusing me of stealing. I bought a new (to me) makeup from the website yesterday. It was a pick up order. The product sucks. It's terrible. I go to return it today and the manager insists that the color I'm returning is NOT the one that's on the receipt. I bought this product once in my life, last night, on their website. It's literally the item I got from them last night.

Incredibly bad customer service, went there with an appointment and over 40 min they pretty much kept saying "just a minute I'm checking something" then I finally ended up leaving and they didn't care, went to CVS got what I needed within minutes.

i've had great experience here several times with photo prints (order online, pick up in-store, very quick and smooth). The pharmacy here is nice too.

They never have all their items in stock. Went here for the fedex counter and was turned away even though their website claims they take fedex packages. Always a waste of time stopping here. Editing this review to add that I took another trip here for fedex (work keeps sending me there) and they turned me away. If I could have compensation for the amount of time I’ve wasted here, I’d have a part time job

I recently witnessed a younger Spanish man , rather short with beard working the counter where pictures are developed etc. He called last customers in line over to that register as they do occasionally , the woman and child had makeup shampoos, laundry detergent etc. Me and my husband watched and listened as he said $8,70 or $6.00 ! We now are next and as this Woman n child are exiting store the alarm sounds and closest cashier said something until man that just rang them up yelled they were all set. My husband said to this guy I'd like to speak with ur manager " you doing this costs us more in long run". To our astonishment this was the manager!. This happened the morning before Thanksgiving

Got completely scammed by this pharmacy. Contacted my provider after they refused to help or explain why the cost of my medication skyrocketed. He found out that they charged me over $100 extra than the cost of the RX. By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

Update 8/29/22 still incompetent can even get a simple rx update. Dr added higher dose and this Pharmacist can’t figure it out after phone calls to both doctor and pharmacist. If this person worked for me they would be fired. Get your head out of the cloudsWeekend pharmacist is incompetent.
