I had already done a great deal of research on the type of car and the price when I discovered a great match at Waltham Auto Gallery. I met Chris when I arrived to look at the car. Despite knowing I was very interested in the Kia Sorento on their lot, he was very friend and laid-back throughout the process, never applying any of the cliche high-pressure tactics one expects to encounter when buying a car.
We were able to reach an agreement quickly but I still needed to make up my mind on several minor part of our deal. Chris was very patient and cooperative as I made my decisions regarding those details and we drew up the final paperwork. From there they were able to take care of all the RMV paperwork and have me in my car within several days.
I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend Waltham Auto Gallery to anyone looking for a quality car at a reasonable price.

This review is long overdue. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and his staff at Waltham Auto Gallery a few months ago when I was looking for a new car. Chris made the process incredibly smooth. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to walk into a dealership and not immediately feel pressured, unlike some other used car salespeople tend to do. Chris made me feel like family, like he was giving me the best deal out of kindness. The vehicle wasn't just reliable; it felt brand new, showing how well it was maintained. They’re very sweet and considerate! Cristiano and his team make sure you have everything you need before you leave and will always lend a helping hand the second you call them. It was a simple process for my dad to get his car i’ll definitely recommend all my friends to come here! Be sure to come here because going anywhere else would be a mistake!!

Great people at Waltham Auto Gallery, they helped me trade in my old beat down car that couldn’t pass inspection and were able to work with me to get a ready to drive, inspection ready car within the very same week! Highly recommend, they even work with poor credit!
