I had a reservation, but when I arrived, they had no table for me and made me sit in a regular chair for a pedicure. And more customers came in. It looks like they have no system. The lady with short white-tipped hair, who seemed like the owner, was unfriendly. The place is small, crowded, and poorly managed. I have no intention of going back, and it turns out the comments on Reddit saying this nail shop is bad were right.

I love Waltham Nails and Spa! It's the best in the area. Tiffany always does a great job with my dip powder nails. The service is great and scheduling is easy.

This is my new favorite nail salon . They never disappoint you here. Excellent Customer service and very talented mail technicians. There is no art design they cannot do . They are by far the best nail salon in Waltham and surrounding towns. I would definitely recommend you give them a try . You will be very happy with the end result . I pick designs that are tricky , and they do it with no problem . Thanks for always making my nails stand out . I give you 10 stars

This nail salon is great! They were able to get me in on short notice and did such an amazing job! My nail technician kept making sure she was doing exactly what I wanted which I loved, and she was very kind to me and every other customer who walked in. Will definitely be making this place my go-to!
