Highly recommended. I waited for a half hour at a crowded Walgreens for a booster shot appointment and would have waited longer. Instead, I went a few blocks over to Watch City Pharmacy and got the same booster without a wait. Professional, friendly staff. You won't be tripping over seasonal items, bags of candy, or cosmetics. Neatly organized and clean with medications.

Love, Love, Love new ownership, service and, convenience! New owner always does his best to keep all meds in stock. You can just call he will answer any question happily, politely and quickly. Does not mind going out of his way to call the doctor if there is an issue! Franchise pharma NEVER EVER, would do that! Thank you all at Watch City Pharmacy!

A+ service. Got my vaccines ( flu , shingrix) with no wait time , in and out in 10 minutes. Truly exceptional service , refreshing to have a pharmacy that is quick and efficient in answering all your questions. Would definetly recommend.

Highly recommend this locally owned pharmacy!I'm SO glad I left CVS to become a customer here.I left a local CVS that I had been going to for years. I used to have to wait 25 minutes in line on a regular basis, and sometimes the prescriptions weren't even ready girl even if we got texts saying they were ready. Calling CVS on the phone was an exercise in frustration. Sometimes I used to joke that they should give out something to relax customers since they were stressing them out so much by making them wait. I just want to mention I know they were short staffed, and I have some compassion for that often. Their phones were just rang and rang for 25 minutes. You would be waiting in line and just see that they never answered their phones, so being shortstaffed is one thing, but one of the pharmacist was rude on a regular basis, and made a mistake that caused a lot of stress and inconvenience.Versus--The customer service at WCP is night and day compared to CVS. They also do local deliveries on the house. It's a clean well lit place. It's not like a huge Walgreens or CVS. This is a smaller local place that could be your cheers ( in the arena a pharmacies:) Here you'll be welcomed by name. When I had Covid Narik even called me to see how I was! You're not going to get that kind of service at a corporate pharmacy!

Very disappointed with new ownership. I’ve used them for years and called to get my medication delivery. Apparently they no longer delivery to my area and cannot get the med, but NO ONE called to inform me. The owner left a note in my file but no one bothered to let me know! Now I’m scrambling to get my med filled. Just not good business. Best of luck to the employees who have to deal with this poor management!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Staff are rude, unprofessional, and do not care about patients. I had my prescription sent here and they refused to fill it because they needed an oral authorization in addition to two e-prescriptions?? Save your time and sanity with this place.

This place is inconsistent and you have to keep calling and nagging for them to do basic things like refills and even to pay them. I’ll be on the lookout for a new place if I ever get my latest delivery. 3 stars because they’re not a chain and close by but that’s about it.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. been going to watch city since it opened and have never had a problem until I ran into Thu! no customer service skills whatsoever!! Talking over me ( the customer) and ignoring my questions. Very unprofessional on a few different visits. Asked for a couple of pills that I have been on for years while waiting for insurance to clear and she refused me saying they are too expensive!! I have never had this happen at any other pharmacy!! eileen and others always so helpful. she also requested I put my mask on because it was mandated, so I did. I ran to my car to grab payment and came back to her wearing No mask and her response was that she was eating lunch! She should not be eating lunch in front of customers!! terrible, terrible service!! Stay far away from this place !! BRING BACK ZANY!!! Place has not been the same !! get rid of Thu or you WILL lose business!! having all our scripts moved out ASAP!! we will let others know as well!

When this pharmacy first opened the service, Tech, and Pharmacist were all outstanding. Now with new employee's and a new pharmacist the customer service has gone downhill. The gentleman thats the new pharmacist is incompetent at best.
