Today was my grandsons 7th birthday, we ordered a party sized pizza 3 days ago to ensure it would be ready for today's party. Went to pick it up, Big Y had know idea or any order on the party pizza. If it wasn't for another pizza place my 7 year old birthday would have been a disaster. While talking to the person in Big y pizza department he was rude and his only excuse was I didn't take the order. No apology, no, we will rush a party pizza through, no, just rude excuses. You would think a large food chain like Big Y would train there associations to be more respectful and responsible in a matter like this one. I will never order a pizza from big Y in Ware again and I hope people will read this and join in and refuse to order pizza there. Thanks Big Y for almost breaking my grandson heart on his 7 birthday!!!!

Bill is an absolute Angel. He checked for the eggs on sale for me twice just to make sure there weren’t more in the back! Times are tough, so he went the extra mile to pay for them as well. He is so, kind, funny and has an amazing heart. You can’t find that much in people anymore, so I totally had to give him a shoutout because he deserves it and so much more! Thank you Bill, and continue to be amazing and compassionate! :))

The girl in the deli with the glasses and nasely voice is miserable and she lets you know it. She can ruins anyone day just by approaching the deli. I e shopped here for years and I dread seeing her in the deli. She always has a snarky attitude and makes you feel like a jerk for needing something from the deli. I’ve watched her do it to elderly customers, to young. She doesn’t discriminate she wants you to be as miserable as she is once you’re done with your deli experience. She doesn’t belong in customer service

Just got a party size cheese pizza wich was messed up. I let it slide cuz it's whatever but then my child goes to take a bite out of a slice and get plastic wich looks like a part of a cheese bag in her mouth!!! Do better big y pizza 😠 😡
